Discover The Enchanting Winding Stairs Road in the Nantahala National Forest, NC

In this video, we checked out the Winding Stairs Road, a service road in the Nantahala National Forest. This is a gorgeous drive surrounded by beautiful cascades and fantastic scenery. The route follows a long uphill gravel road that eventually takes you winding downhill on a serene trip that ends at a beautiful lake!

Thanks for taking us along for a lovely drive through the Nantahala National Forest. My husband used to go whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River that flows through that forest back in college. It is such a beautiful, lush forest. Great video!
