Couple notes, the reason you can't open the raw photo files is you need to get the updated lightroom to view the files, happens with all new higher end cameras In terms of video you won't be able to open the clog video files since there h.265, you can simply convert them to h.264 and you'll have no problems Last tip for battery is to just plug in a 25w pd powerbank which will charge the battery and run the camera.
