Despite all aspects tribunal in India has failed, with this regard govt of India has come up with a new tribunal act which transfer all legal rights and cases to the respective high court of the states. Although the court has its own problem of pendency of cases, the main challenge is how this could be handled. For that, we can move toward a specialised court within the high court for a specific field, like for criminal cases only need specific knowledge about the cases, for the consumer would be different etc. Let's see how the new bill going to work for faster disposal of cases in India.

There are other programs in Hindi too. There is a huge percentage of Indians who don't understand Hindi. This program is for them.
