if x=0 you have (0,b) point for 2x+3 is (0,3) intercept with x axis 2x+3=0 2x=-3 x=-3/2 x=-1 1/2.

You've drawn two lines, y=2x and y=x; and then joined them together.
y=2x+3 passes through
(-1,1), (0,3) and (1,5).
(-1,1) is NOT on the line, but the scale is badly drawn.
Personally I'd plot both the x and y intercepts; the x intercept being x=(y-3)/2 or -1.5; and simply draw a line that passes through
(0,3) and (-1.5, 0)
