Mimikyu and pikachu's ghost/electric type fusion is a amazing concept, i recommend seeing it for the panda reaction
Good fusion: Haxourus and Klinklang.
1. Steel/Dragon typing.
2. Haxourus's obscene attack stat.
3. Klinklang's move shift gear (Raises atk 1 stage and speed by 2).
4. Profit.
Edit: Also, Haxourus's Mold breaker ability (the targeted Pokemon's abilities are ignored when attacking, I.E Levitate won't stop Earthquake).
You forgot to look at gyrados and bisharp, the fusion is extremely powerful and looks cool. I've beaten the entire elite four using only this pokemon. Also congratulations wildcat on the wedding. Hope you had a good one.

Pikachu and Kyogre fusion goes crazy, but really anything combined with Pikachu is good tbh. Light Ball will double their attack stats as long as Pikachu is used as the body of the fused pokemon.
When I saw that sprite for the salamence/metagross fusion my first thought was Valstrax from Monster Hunter.

For a Zapdos fusion, if you want cool looking, fusing it with zoroark looks pretty cool
If you want a funny looking one, fuse it with Flygon. Both are pretty good.

Wigglytuff and Muk is one of my favorite combinations
You can do a triple fusion of all three birds that's pretty sick
Fuse 2 Miltanks together, Salamence with Garchomp, and Gyarados with Steelix
Lanturn and Gyarados make a pretty sick fusion as well as Venusaur and Golurk

Aegislash + Gardevoir is probably the coolest looking fusion, but Aegislash in general has really good ones. You guys should explore some of those fusions :)
Duskull for some reason has custom sprites when fused with most if not all Pokémon, with most of the legendary fusions looking quite badass. Its stats suck but it does give Levitate. Giratina, Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza are some of the notable fusions for Duskull.

You guys need to fuse Swampert and Azumarill, give it huge power, belly drum, play rough and a shell bell and you'll get a defensive monster with huge phys
