that is funny bc i was at a vinyle bar last night and the DJ ask one of the man to sign one of his vinyle and it was DJ Cam!!! And i just discover him today that it was him who made this masterpiece
Heard this on Massive Attack's Essential Mix first, where it was sped up so the pitch was a lot higher. Listening to this after that feels like this is a Chopped and Screwed version of what Massive Attack played.
My friend/co worker made me a copy of this tape back in 1997. I ended up losing it somewhere, but they told me this was mushroom jazz. So the past 15 years ive been looking for this, thinking it was mushroom jazz. Then when i listened to the M.J. series looking for these songs, which were nowhere to be found, i gave up all hope. How could they confuse DJ Cam with Mark Farina (Mushroom Jazz)?
