I agree the craftmanship of that 4x4 was beyond what a normal fabricator could do has skill also dabbles in the realm of car design and engineer I am awe struck by what i just saw and i looked at his sub count and its so sad that someone like him has to be taunted by a 8 year old putting on sunglasses and gets 1 mill subs and 3 million views when this goes looked over is a testament to mankind and the direction we are goin as a civilization.

That suspension is a great idea, I have never seen anyone do the suspension in that manner I mean with a full independent setup like that we would usually see shock n springs or coil overs but a shared leaf sping is very creative I would love to know how it end up long term and how much travel it ends up allowing. Great video
The shared leaf goes back to the days of the horseless carriages. With no shocks though there is nothing to stop rebound and oscillation, which will be detrimental to traction when off roading. Overall, it is an excellent build. If it where me I would have spent less on the fancy wheels and fancy LED headlights or saved a li'l more money to get some ATV coil overs.

Молодец, много узлов новых ставилось, но вот двигатель подкачал, на мой взгляд, одноцилиндровый, воздушного охлаждения, на вид, не больше 300 кубов, значит, примерно 18 л\с, от легкого мотоцикла, слишком тяжела для него конструкция.
В видео ясно видно что двигатель жидкостного охлаждения. Большинство японских мотомоторов в 80- начале 90 имели одновременно сож и ребра, в этом видео какой то затюненый FMM (копия с cg250), мне так видится. Каракаты ездят на моторах 450 куб. 18лс и еще по полтонны груза вместе с пасажирами везут. Машинка чисто развлекательная, не для дальних/сложных поездок, первый пенек залетевший под рычаг оторвет или погнет его. Не стоит предъявлять к ней серьезных требований по энерговооруженности.
по моему он зря сэкономил на амортах,прикрутив одни лишь рессоры,а вообще-развлекуха с целью убить много свободного времени...стоит ли оно того-решает каждый сам,лично я бы на такое не стал бы тратить(в детстве помогал бате собирать самодельный трактор на основе двигателя от мотоколяски и переднего моста от не то белоруса,не то сороковки ,так что знаю насколько это трудозатратно)...
Двигатель жидкостного охлаждения,там ведь хорошо видно,когда устанавливался радиатор.

Nice build especially made at home with limited resources, one item the seatbelts need to go through the holes in the seat back one to stop them from sliding off your shoulders but mainly so as not to injur your back if you have a heavy landing they will hold you more securely, trust me as an off toad buggy racer it will save any back injury.

This is the best/coolest mini cart/buggy on UA-cam I've seen, but what is really like to know is what chemicals you used in the pressure washer to remove the rust like that. You should do a video on it. It also looked like you ran a driveshaft yoke straight off the motorcycle engine. It would be cool to see how you did that, total custom part or is there yoke you can buy that already fits it. Great job

just search for "Gear Box Heavy duty double speed forward and backward reverse For 250cc~ 800cc transfer case Foot assy ATV Quad UTV Go kart" . Is clear (6:38) that he uses that gearbox
in 12:35 you can see that he replaced the pedals of the gear box with levers (sticks), this is very common in similar diy projects
