Every few years, a voice comes into your life that you just can’t ignore. In the case of Courtney Hadwin, we were blessed on the stage of AGT. Here was this young, shy, little girl. Standing there, not knowing what to say or do. You could see her nerves grasping hold, shaking her to her core. After a few moments of q&a, and thinking this poor child is about to break, she steps back, assuming the position, she settles her chin into her chest and waits. The first note hits, then the second, a toe taps. Suddenly, as if under some sort of spell, her head starts to bounce. She’s feeling the beat. Channeling the spirts of artists long gone, Courtney explodes in a furry of song and dance. What is happening? Where did that sweet little British girl go? Standing before us, running back and forth on the stage, was an awakening. Out of nowhere, comes this sound that grabbed my soul and demanded my attention. Throwing me back in my chair, I screamed at my tv. “The future of rock is alive and well. This young lady is going to be a superstar, and I’m watching it happen!” It’s been a long road, mainly due to the pandemic and all the restrictions. But today has come. After a long wait, her first single has been released. And boy has the wait been worth it. That little girl is now a young woman. Her voice has grown with her. What a beautiful song. Today, I’ve done something I haven’t done in about 12 years. I purchased a song on iTunes. Yes, her song. I wish you, Courtney, a long and successful career. I can’t wait for your next release. WoW. I loved Courtney back in her audition days when she sang crazy and danced crazy. She was the AMAZING. This here... is the real deal. Courtney, you have found yourself and stick with this. You are beautiful and your voice. AMAZING! You have to get on your talent shows as a "performing guest" and show your AMAZING PROGRESS.

Every kid that ever said an unkind word to her is kicking themselves is kicking themselves now... She's not Even My kid and I am so proud. It took a lot for her to get up on that stage And she just turned into a little fire cracker and looked at where she is now. She truly is something special And she should be all over the radio and all the talk.
