It's really expensive here and frankly I don't think it tastes any better than good Wisconsin Butter. I'm not sure if it's actually imported because it's not the dark yellow I see when I'm watching a cooking show from Ireland.
@lennybuttz2162 yea irish butter should be rich & yellow.. to be honest, kerrygold isn't my first choice here in Ireland either, but we are spoilt for choice on local butter.

She's really nice and goes to farm markets and local places trying their specialties. The butter and eggs she used looked incredible because the butter was a deep yellow and the egg yolks were a beautiful golden yellow.
I need to try the lemony version, I have already made a similar version to the sundried tomato one and it slaps. So happy these were all vegetarian which means I get to try em all! Always fun to watch your videos, you explain everything really well.

I love magic spoon, but if you live in Alaska they charge I think 20$ to ship up here, which is outrageous. You can order it on Amazon though and get good shipping if you have Amazon prime. Just useful info for any other Alaskans who wanna try it.

I actually make a version of recipe 3, but with garlic and roasted cherry tomatoes and I ALWAYS add fresh parm and red pepper flakes to my pasta even though with a good emulsion you don’t really need the parm for creaminess! Kerry Gold is the only butter I use because it is the best next to fresh churned which no one has time for 😂 (my grandma always had fresh churned from her neighbor’s family farm and I can still remember how great it was!!! I wouldn’t even know where to get any today 😢)

I didn't have fresh chives at my store so I used freeze-dried chives....I bet it would taste better with fresh. Note to self, maybe add some savory seasoning. It was super yummy, but it needed just something extra. Still would cook and eat again.
