That's a clever drive you came up with. You are more knowledgeable and talented than I first realized. Good luck to you and your Ironhead building. I'm restoring a 1972 XLCH.
Thank You... One of the reasons I chose the Neway cutters in the first place is because they can be driven by hand so the initial investment is fairly minimal and good results can be obtained.
For some reason your other comment "Why not put some lapping compound on the valve, give it a couple of spins then check your progress?" disappeared. The answer is I use a sharpie because I can wipe it off, lapping compound leaves a permanent trace. And I try not to spin the valve a full rotation when checking because whatever I use will be wiped off on the high spot .

Thanks, flattery will get you anything...

Not everyone has access to high dollar machines, what matters is the finished product. These look really, really nice.

Damn good video. Hats off to you for that milling tool!
Thanks, hand cranking those cutters on a really bad head was wearing me out... Had to come up with something.
Like the milling tool design. That would be a possible idea to market.
It might be marketable. I'm sure it could use some refining.
All prototypes do. But really, good idea.
🤘
What is the name of this tool, where can I buy it, can you send it to Brazil?
Sorry, the tool is one of a kind and is not in production.
