Happy Birthday Wesley! Meredith, my little church of 14 members will be praying for your friends who lost their son. There is no greater hurt for a parent, no words work, the realization of it takes a long time to register but when we can start to breath again we are grateful for friends who pray.

Yes Lawrence, I have been there on the same knee, and now I have the left hip done twice on the same side. The family is doing your best to get the chores done, and when you don’t drive the tractor often it takes time to get use to it. Happy Birthday young man. Happy Birthday Wesley. Wesley seems to be like his dad, quite but has a lot of wisdom. He’s a great help and knows how to deal with things. Do you think Lawrence would wear a pair of like jogger pants? The reason I’m asking is because the jeans are tight on his knee and it makes it harder to maneuver. It may take some pressure off, just to wear for PT. I’m just asking out of caring. Y’all are doing a great job while Lawrence is healing. It’s okay when you have hick ups in life, we all do. Sometimes we have to put first things first. I’m happy for you that you’re getting back into the swing of things. There are times where we just pause for a bit and then we get back to what we feel we need to be doing. Y’all are such an awesome couple raising a couple of great kids. I will definitely be praying for the Sharkey’s. 😢 Don’t know if I spelt the name correct but God will know. Yes, it’s devastating to get that phone call. I received the phone call 7\13\21 for my only child son. I pray that no one ever has to go through this. Thank you so much for your tender, loving and caring heart. You’re such a beautiful lady inside and out. 💖

Now, I have sent along prayers for the family that lost a young boy. I hope you instill that tragedy to help Wesley to respect the equipment he drives. Even that side by side. He’s feeling mighty cocky and knowing someone just 3 years older then him died in a vehicle accident. I am praying for Wesley as well. I was young once but also stupid. Hate to see anyone learn the hard way.

I spent abut 50 years trying to find the right hiking boots. Finally figured out that trail runners are best for me. Hiked 100 miles on the AT a few weeks ago without any blisters or other foot problems. First time ever with no problems. I wear Topos but there are several good ones available, Topo, Altra, Hoka, Brooks, Whatever fits your feet best. Consult UA-cam through hikers.
We love our Altras.

Westley is quickly becoming "The Man." He seems to have a good grasp on all the equipment. I remember the bike when I had both knees replaced. It's a great day when your knees go "over the hump" and the pedals make a full rotation. Once you do it, it is easier every day, if only a little at a time. Recovery is one day at a time.
Lb do a little more each day but do not over do it you will get there

I’ve been watching this video 4 times today. It’s a blessing to see Lawrence doing better at exercising and getting his knee back in shape. Wesley your doing a wonderful job at doing things with your mom today on your birthday 🎂 dad appreciates this a lot. Austin looks beautiful turning into a cowgirl with Hank. Meredith your cooking is wonderful and your exercising will get better as the time goes on no worry about it you doing a wonderful job. Oh y’all find a way to get it done. If your ever out at a pawn shop or a garage sale and find an old long screwdriver bend it some about midway down and use it to clean out the lip of your creep feeder. It’s easier on your fingers and it holds out better to.
Just as you were closing the roof on the feeder I said to myself close the lid Meredith 😂

Lauren I have worked in physical therapy in many aspects before I went to full time farming. I have seen many determine folks and then some just not as strong in my simple opinion you put many to shame. But then I remember that's why God made you a farmer.

Prayers for Eiam's family to received God's strength to move through this difficult time. 🙏 We lost a young man, 34, In a neighboring town who died in a grain bin accident. It is amazing how it affects even those who never met him. Each day is a blessing and a fresh start to get it right in our lives!!! Till next time......
I know A farmer that had that operation.........it never heeled properly because of going back to work to early, he is in pain again because of that....be careful!
