i highly recommend microblading!! it has trul changed my face and i never have to worry about drawing them on. i always had those patchy ashy blonde brows that looked almost looked nonexistent in the sun and now they are full with a beautiful arch and get retouched every 6 months
@@AbbeyYung hey sweet Abbey just wanted to say please don't be so hard on yourself for a few lil miss speaks! I kinda giggle bout the actual miss speak but then I get sad cause you cut yourself so deep on mistakes! Try laugh bout it and then go back your ultra professional beauty informative self we see I'm all video! Its ok to have a few mis licks? Thank for great content!!! Kind regards Leah
Your lip/gloss routine is LITERALLY my fave part of your makeup. You always have the most plush, cushiony lips and I’m never let down by your recommendations!
I’ve been waiting for this. I’m obsessed with how natural your makeup is. Have you ever considered experimenting with your brows? Drawing in and changing the shape a few different ways (straight, arched etc) I’m always curious what shape looks best on people and think it could help your brow situation 😊 you’re stunning as always. Thanks for an in depth tutorial ❤
Really liked seeing this Abbey, so rewarding and different to see someone do their makeup who's not an expert but clearly knows their own face and the products that work best for them. The little touches DO make a difference to your natural makeup. Thankyou.
Abbey, as one of your mature skin viewers (65 y/o), primer is a MUST! Everything will define fine lines and wrinkles without it. Currently, I use e.l.f. Power Grip Primer + 4% Niacinamide and am mostly satisfied with it.
First of all, you look and sound 100% happier and "at home" in all of your videos since you moved -- so happy for you! Also, I have been loving the Too Faced Brow Wig gel, I have such sparse brows and if you twist it while applying very light coats it literally ADDS hair to your brows. Then I barely fill in the holes with the NYX lift and snatch brow pen. I'd love to know your opinion on it!
Makeup tutorials are why I started watching beauty youtube so I'm here for this! I love seeing how other people do things and maybe pick up a few different techniques to try. It keeps things fresh and interesting. I wish I could get my eyeliner to look that nice, but with two eyes that are hooded slightly differently, it takes me forever to get it to look okay on me.
Bronzer TRULY brought your whole face to life! Such a pretty look. You totally influenced me to get the makeup by Mario mattes palette and I’ve been loving it. Such a no-fail palette.
Check out microblading!! I had my eyebrows microshaded instead because I have oily skin, so it is supposed to last longer. You can also do a combination of both depending on your eyebrow needs. Mine we pretty uneven and sparse at the ends.
Oh I feel you. I despise having to work with my sparse brows -BUT- I got them microbladed last summer and that helps alot. The person doing the microblating didnt even do a good job but just having a little more definition as is just helps heaps. Can whole heartedly recommend!
Anyone remember Scott Barnes doing these complexion techniques on Tati to show how he’s done JLos make up for years back before the YT drama? Loved this Abbey.
Oh my! I get such a kick outta you! I really enjoyed this video! Thank you!❤ you are so funny and self depreciating that it just ads to the fun of the make up application -
I'm of a deeper complexion so not a lot of the shades used really match me, but I love the recs! And I really enjoy the chill delivery in all of your videos. Looking forward to 2023 vids!
Love this video Abbey and you are stunning! I’d be interested to see more reviews on Sephora makeup products because I feel like I rarely see them talked about
I'm opposite. I used brushes to apply foundation for years and then switched to a sponge and couldn't believe how much better my complexion products looked using a sponge. I used way more product with a brush because brushes smudge/move product around on my face and don't give me an even look. It also left streak marks that I'd have to fix if it was a foundation that set quickly (like Estee lauder Double wear foundation). Not to mention the brush hairs that shed.
I’ve really been enjoying the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, but have recently been picking up the Tula Protect and Glow sunscreen. Such a pretty under makeup glow!
Great video! 😁👍 I was wondering if you would ever do a video on what vitamins you take. If you exercise or what you eat in a day. Things that might also help with keeping hair healthy. 😁❤️
Hi Abbey, It is so fun getting ready with you. You showed a short earlier with an eyelash tool for mascara. Do you mind sharing with us what that tool is? Thanks so much for your knowledge!
Your skin looks flawless Abbey. Jelly! Did you get more face framing layers? I would love to see a tutorial on how to use rollers to get that 90s voluminous hairstyle. I think your hair would look absolutely gorgeous in that style! Please try!
The rare beauty mascara is my absolute fave! I like lining my bottom waterline with NYX bronze liner. I’ve also been enjoying burgundy blush- milk has a couple and simihaze’s is nice too
A combination of regularly using GrandeBrow and microblading truly changed my brow game. I used to dread doing my brows, and now i just use a clear gel!! Might be worth looking into one or both of those :)
Love the finished look. Keep us posted on the brow products. I've been looking for a lighter color and have very sparse brows also. I've tried multiple colors and haven't found the one holy grail product that I'm happy with.
As a 54-year-young Mama of teenage twins, I am LOVING this and all of your videos and have passed them along to my tribe, including my 79-year-young Mama! Thank you, @AbbeyYung , you are a lovely treasure!
I agree about the benefit brow gel! The only one I’ve tried and slightly like better is Chella. Also item beauty brow chow pencils are awesome if you haven’t tried them!
So funny 😂! You are so funny, the slight wit. Boom These videos are awesome for tips just like the change of brush for foundation... and yay for the BOJ spf as primer (me too). Cant wait to see the new place, really hope ur feeling settled ❤ from New Zealand
Yes! I've been waiting for your eyeliner technique! I have a similar eye shape and struggle with the angle of my liner 😞 I'm going to get that brush in hopes it helps 🤞🏻
As a teen in the 90's, my brows wouldn't grow back after being over plucked for the super thin look that was popular back then. I finally got my brows microshaded. Microblading didn't work at all for me, but I can't recommend microshading enough if you're sick of thin sparse brows you have to draw on every day. Your makeup looks fantastic!
Love your videos!!! Have you ever done a 2nd day hair video? I’m having trouble with waking up brushing my hair (hello frizzy) and recurling my hair. Just doesn’t look as good as day 1. Got tips or tricks?
thanks for keeping the bloopers! 🤪it's fun! and yet I am learning. who knew! 😁 - I've been applying my foundation and concealer with my fingers. I did notice the sponge just took too much product. You add a lot more concealer than I thought. Meanwhile, you have no freckles or dark circles. I sort of feel like it would be too much but I'll give it a try.
Did you see that they reformulated that dior concealer?! I have seen reviews that the new version is more “clean” friendly and not as much coverage. It’s a lot more dewy too. I just rebought it from Neiman Marcus so I could have the old version because this is my favorite concealer ever. Sephora already doesn’t carry the old one anymore. They also raised the price by $2.
Ps. Lesson i learned this weekend- if you are using liquid liner, put the setting powder on AFTER bc powder before liquid liner spreads so much slower and doesnt give a clean line
Hi! Love your videos. You helped me so much with my hair. Just wanted to ask in case anyone know. I've been having problems with washing my face, I've been doing my skincare routine for years but since a couple of months when I wash my face with the cleanser, no matter how much water I rinse my face with that when I apply next product a white "layer" appears. It's so frustrating. Any tips?? Idk what to do
Love how you do your make up so flawless 😍 I'm on the hunt for a bronzer, and was waiting to see which you used. Guttered can't get hold of the sephora one here in the UK, would you recommend another? Xx
Great video! I am new to your channel and loving it. Question- some of the links took me to the Howl website and not to the product. Can you link the brushes again? Thanks.
Love this!! ❤️ My brows are the bane of my existence because they are patchy and wiry. The best product I found is Benefit Gimme brow gel since it has little fibers that look like hair. Definitely going to try the powder wing. I have hooded eyes which makes it difficult to get a good wing, but your method might work for me.
Just so you know, I went to go get a new foundation the other day and I honest to god rewatched like 3 of your videos at Sephora before I made my purchase. #influenced
I just bought the liner brush lol. I do a similar winged look sometimes but the brush I have isn't that good so I'm definitely excited to use this new one. It wasn't too expensive either 😊
i highly recommend microblading!! it has trul changed my face and i never have to worry about drawing them on. i always had those patchy ashy blonde brows that looked almost looked nonexistent in the sun and now they are full with a beautiful arch and get retouched every 6 months
I honestly love makeup tutorials! Keep them coming!
Yay! ❤️

I don't need to watch tutorials to learn how to do my make-up but that's how I learned I love "tutorials"
Your lip/gloss routine is LITERALLY my fave part of your makeup. You always have the most plush, cushiony lips and I’m never let down by your recommendations!

I thought she used to work as a make up artist 🤣
Abbey, as one of your mature skin viewers (65 y/o), primer is a MUST! Everything will define fine lines and wrinkles without it. Currently, I use e.l.f. Power Grip Primer + 4% Niacinamide and am mostly satisfied with it.
Ha ha! I’m 61 and love these videos too! Abby is awesome

Thank you for this! I always enjoy a GRWM. Helps me to have a friend to do my makeup with! I am old school appreciative!
OmG I finally got to see how you do your ( what I always admired your vids for haha) soft stripe eyeliner..
Bronzer TRULY brought your whole face to life! Such a pretty look. You totally influenced me to get the makeup by Mario mattes palette and I’ve been loving it. Such a no-fail palette.
I love the elf brow pencil in taupe. It's $3 at target and I've used it for years. I'd recommend it! I have a similar hair color as you.
Yesss!!! Loveeee your makeup tutorials! Thank you, Queen Abbey 👑💜
Check out microblading!! I had my eyebrows microshaded instead because I have oily skin, so it is supposed to last longer. You can also do a combination of both depending on your eyebrow needs. Mine we pretty uneven and sparse at the ends.

Loved this video. Thanks for sharing. It’s so much fun for me to get ready for my day while you get ready for your day 😊
I learned about the large fluffy brush for foundation from a Jen Phelps video, and glad to see that you are utilizing the technique too!
Anyone remember Scott Barnes doing these complexion techniques on Tati to show how he’s done JLos make up for years back before the YT drama?
Loved this Abbey.
Your hair looks beautiful pulled half back !! So pretty
Thank you for leaving the name, image and price of the products on the screen as you are applying them! So helpful
Thank you for this video! I really wanted to know how you do your makeup. It’s beautiful. Also, you crack me up with the bloopers!
Oh my! I get such a kick outta you! I really enjoyed this video! Thank you!❤ you are so funny and self depreciating that it just ads to the fun of the make up application -

Your videos are sooooo quality. I love your content so much, thank you for not ditching the youtubers for tiktok 💛

Just found your channel and i am so happy!!! Great make up routine!!!
Do you have a tutorial on how you clean/maintain your beauty tools? And how often do you replace?
I’ve really been enjoying the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, but have recently been picking up the Tula Protect and Glow sunscreen. Such a pretty under makeup glow!
I’m IN LOVE with your hair color recently ❤
ABBEY the thick it stick it brow mascara by NYX is my holy grail for my sparse brows!!!
I love the you list prices with each product, it helps a lot
Fun to see you do this, even if it’s “old school.” It never gets old for me!
Thank you! I have been waiting for this as well!
Great video! 😁👍 I was wondering if you would ever do a video on what vitamins you take. If you exercise or what you eat in a day. Things that might also help with keeping hair healthy. 😁❤️
i used the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen under my makeup for the first time in months today and immediately remembered how much i love it. so good!
Ok, I really enjoyed this video:) You are fun, and your content is top

Hi Abbey, Loved this GRWM video 📹 . Showing how you prefect your make-up is beautiful 🥰. I have the Benefit Eyebrow Gel and love it.
I agree about the benefit brow gel! The only one I’ve tried and slightly like better is Chella. Also item beauty brow chow pencils are awesome if you haven’t tried them!
You’re so gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your tried and trues with us!💕

You should try Grande Brow! It helped my brows fill in SO much
Obsessed with your videos! Your thoughts on Kylie Jenner's matte lip kits pls?
Yay!!! I’ve been waiting for this one!!!😍😍😍
Yes! I've been waiting for your eyeliner technique! I have a similar eye shape and struggle with the angle of my liner 😞 I'm going to get that brush in hopes it helps 🤞🏻
i just bought the loreal true match serum because of you!!!
The best 🥰

I love the L’Oréal True Match Nude Tinted Serum. I’ve only ever used my fingers to apply it.❤ I’m kind of curious about Neutrogena’s Serum Foundation…
I actually like the tutorials 👍🏻

Beautiful look very natural.
Abbey, have you ever gotten your colors done / know your color season? I’d be interested to know if that would affect your make up purchases! 😊
Lovely! Always enjoy your tutorials 😊❤

where is ur turtleneck from!! you should do a fashion video maybe :) Love the content as always (old school youtube vibes are the best fr)
It’s from Abercrombie a couple years ago! ❤️
Beautiful thank you!!! But I don’t think you need any face makeup (concealer). Your skin is absolutely stunning!!! ❤
Your reactions when you mess up on words are hilarious and iconic 🤣
@abbeyyung how long do you let the sunscreen set before doing your makeup?
You are beautiful ❤
You’re soooo beautiful without makeup too! 😍😍😍
Very helpful. Thanks.
