These will be in my yard next season hummingbirds show up in my yard from June to mid October. They are my favorite show to stay and watch these most amazing birds I can't wait to try your DIY feeders. Thank you for sharing.
King......someone on UA-cam mentioned about cereal called CREAM OF WHEAT very fine granduals smaller than GRITS sprinkle them around whenever you see ants. Must be dry ground. I tried that and I have not seen any ants in my garden all summer. It does work.
Robbie, the bottom of my old hummingbird feeder is broken but the bottle is still in great condition. Could you please show us how to make a hummingbird feeder using an old hummingbird feeder bottle?
I have 1 very territorial hummingbird that fights off the others. If I bring nectar in and only leave flowers he won't bother with fighting. But he protects the 7 feeders
Robbie I have a cat and he gets these temptation treats in plastic containers I'm beginning to get so many of them do you have any suggestions what I could possibly make with them?
If the link doesn’t work, you can copy the title and you’ll see exactly how to make it to the hummingbirds will get to the nectar and they love this feeder
@@RobbieAndGaryGardeningEasy Absolutely stunning! Have you considered raising butterflies? I feel like there is a very small bridge between hosting hummingbirds and butterflies at this point haha.
I didn't think my area had hummingbirds bcuz it gets really hot and dry. I put 2 feeders out and next thing I know they are covered with hummers. They hover to get there chance to feed. So beautiful and fun to watch. I live in Northern California. My recipe: 1 cup sugar 4 cups water. To much sugar can damage their organs.
Why wouldn't you like bees? They are necessary for our environment. They are pollinators who help keep nector plants for hummingbirds and butterflies and so much more?
Can you please make a video showing exactly how you make the feeders ?

Great way to upcycle containers. The hummingbirds seems to live them. Am curious though, how do you keep ants away?

Same thing I want to know!!
Do ants get in it?
💖👍😎🙂
What kind of ice cream comes in these containers? How did you make the tower with water?

What do you do with old nectar? When it’s over 3-4 days old? Where do you dispose of it?

Creative! But with the container 100x deeper than hummingbirds can reach, seems you would constantly be refilling?

I see they are not all red, is that just a myth that it needs to be red? Love these
Yes, hummingbird feeders do not have to be red, they just have to be recognized by them
I thought nectar for hummingbirds is 1 part sugar and 4 parts water? Am I doing it wrong?
1/4 cup Sugar and 1 cup water
♥️
How do you keep ants out of your feeders
What in the middle of the container
I'm just curious, where do you live? Are hummingbirds very populated in your area?
Southern California, yes they are lots now 😊❤️

Ummm, bees take over and hummingbirds depart.
1 cup of sugar to a cup of water seems tooooo much!!!!!
Right, 1/4 cup Sugar AND 1 cup Water is the best recipe which is in all my videos, thanks 😊
