Why should we take lectures from someone from a 3rd world country?
The last time that happened WW2 started a few years later.
Germany, the eastern part was under russian Kontroll and occupation, a friend of meine from west germany drove there with an Mercedes. A russian soldier with a kalaschnikov stpoppted him took the car away and was seen with the car at an car repare garage for getting rid of the key controll system steeling prevention! . There he had a big baskat with amonition for the Kalaschnikov with him and a friend with an other Kalaschiklov als te owner of the gerage reportet. As you can immagin russisan Soldiers do not need any papers! With "Gorby" everything changed, german politicians promotet the unifikation of Germany, and the standard of living in eastern Germany was growing fast year after year! We got the gripp on ouer Country back fom the russians Ukraine has not! still parts of fhis coutry are under Russian occupation! as it was the case in germany beginning 1945. But still Russia occupys the German "Königsberg".
I do understand that german history is for indian Citicens somthing they are not interestet in, and that is OK! but what would You Say if ei Tell Yuo that India was always part of the Soviet Union and ist nowadays a colony under russian control! You would say " what an idiot he does not know anytheing" So Thie is vice verca!

We, the European population, (where I live, Netherlands) cannot pay "endless" to keep Ukraine on its feet (Ukraine has, by itself, a tiny and not important economic BNP), because it impacts our living standards (energy/heating/living costs, food, social security costs) in a very (read: very!) severe way since 2022. Inflation + much higher living costs are the reality now, here, since 2022. Has to do with the enormous (milliards) spendings of the EU into this senseless war, that can be stopped anytime when the EU wants peace. Germany starts to understand that, now. 18 July 2024.

Both of my parents grew up in Nazi Germany. My father was among the few Germans who returned from Stalingrad. I grew up here in the USA and have never been to "The old country" . My father died when I was 9 so I never was able to hear too many of his stories. However, being old German, my father ran his house with an iron fist. He packed 18 years of discipline into 9 so I never took up any of the deviant behaviors of the youth. I once asked a woman from Germany on a date. She responded "No! You are too old German for my taste!" When I explained I have never been to Germany, she responded "Your parents taught you well!" Todays Germans cannot hold a candle to my parents generation
