I have made this cake using the same exact ingredients here I don’t know how many times over the years. And each time, I have gotten so many compliments it is insane☺️ and it they’ll be gone in no time! Sometimes, I saw to myself I should bake 2 for when I take them for potlucks☺️ bc others would complain they didn’t get to have any. It is simple, with simple ingredients and the taste is amazingly delicious! Thank you, Taste of Home for sharing!

My grandma found this recipe probably decades ago and my family makes it every year. It’s so god damn good for no reason lol. One of the best cakes.

why walnuts in a pistachio cake is not common sense to use real pistachios for a Pistachio cake? and Canola oil is the worse oil that you can use

Using walnuts instead of pistachios seems counterintuitive.
you're making a pistachio cake, so you put walnuts in it. that's like making an orange flavored dessert and using lemons instead.

I just put this in the oven and the batter is like water. I looked at vid 3x and I measured correctly. 4 eggs, half oil, 1 cup sods for wet. This better turn out ok.😠😠😠
Sophia Grey I love this cake it is so moist and light, I use 1 box cake mix and follow package directions to which I add 1 box. instant pistachio pudding, bake according to directions. Cool the cake layers then - frosting, 1 large defrosted cool,whip and 1 box instant pistachio pudding, add nuts if you desire.
this is so artificial ....
It wasn't advertised as a health food. 🤣
