On your PC setup and heat output: The last few generations draw tons of power but they really don't need to. There's an efficiency curve that they're pushed far past with diminishing returns, so you can reduce your power in the BIOS (either undervolt or just set a lower power target) and you'll likely lose a small bit of performance for a large drop in power/heat output. Putting your PC in a different room is a really great solution as well. I did this so my PC is on the other side of the wall and it was really easy just putting a small hole in the wall for the cables. I'm running a 4090 yet never hear or feel any heat because it's just completely separated. Even with a standing desk setup it was easy enough just getting longer cables and a USB hub on the desk.
