Liane Strong yep. Most don’t even realize just how talented Damon and Aaron are! Aaron can sing, write and produce. That’s why his solo career popped. I Miss You solidified him as his own force to be reckoned with. Aaron was playing and singing in church way before Guy was formed! Aaron is the sound of Guy. You can’t form a Guy without Aaron but you could do a million different versions of Blackstreet. Having said that I still love Teddy and he’s definitely a musical giant in his own right...
Wonder Filled Yes indeed, and I met them Hall brothers at the church they were attending, years before they signed any contract, and even though I went to another church, we all were singing,....in separate gospel groups!

Ok so it can't be Guy without Teddy it's like Jodeci without Devante. But I wasn't for all of the Blackstreet craze and I'm aware that they were more successful than Guy but give me Guy track any day. I talk about this same thing in my podcast dedicated to Teddy and the New Jack Swing era it's some jams on there to. Also glad to finally hear the answer to the whole "Dumb Bitch" thing we used to have debates on did he say it or not back in the day.

I like Teddy in the group as much as the next guy, but Aaron is right. Teddy always leaves Guy for a chance to reform Blackstreet. He does all of the time. instead of focusing on both groups. I've seen them in concert multiple times as a Trio and there's nothing like it and I enjoy it, but one can only imagine that as a group member, it has to be frustrating. I'm gonna post a video of the last concert I went to with all three of them. It was their Valentines Day concert in New Orleans.

Aarons vocals. A lot of cats can produce good beats these days so Aarons fine. Take away Aarons vocals and Guy dies with it.
