    I’m chronically late. I do all of the above…always trying to do one more thing, not good at time management, going to bed way too late/having bad sleep habits, hitting snooze, etc. Depression, anxiety, and adhd don’t help. No matter what I do I just can’t make it on time regularly. The rare times I’m early, something always happens to make me late. These tips are helpful though. I’m trying!

      Check if you have ADHD!

      I have adhd too, i struggle chronically with being late as well. Not always but I hit snooze and the bus goes by every 40 minutes, if i miss the bus i have only 10 minutes to clock-in. By the time I clock in im late if the bus is a bit late. Sometimes the bus doesn’t come by at the right time at all! It is very difficult especially when I am already having horrible sleep, work anxiety, etc.

    1. Check how much you're usually late
    2. Leave that amount of time earlier.
    3. Repeat

      Google ADHD. This video is really dumb because it has like no solutions and feels like an episode of Bojack Horseman lol... but so do your comments, so I'd HIGHLY recommend watching a video about ADHD and lateness. It's a human condition, not American specific 😅
