Henle books with a copyright of 1953, classical conversations has successfully made Latin a hated, taxing language with opportunities for the entrepreneurial parents. There are FOUR books to do Latin and it's a successful money making partnership for CC. Thank you for working so hard on these videos. Blessings to you and your family for making them free for all.
Thank you for your comments. As far as color coding, we tried that with my son but didn’t keep it up. The gender and other info is listed in the card anyway so we just stopped color coding. But I do know that many people really find it beneficial.
Thank you for this video! I found that Memoria Press has created a teacher guide for Henle and it looks very user friendly. I wonder what the comparison of the Seton vs MP guides are...
I do not see a link for the review of Workspace A. This is my second child to go through Challenge A and I'm wondering if the Workspace is necessary/helpful/meh. I'd love to see you review. Thank you!
Amy Klein I think I ended up not posting my review! Oops. I need to do another one! I will say that it’s not necessary, but I love it. It breaks up the weekly work into daily assignments. It includes charts that are specifically assigned but needed!!! I’ll be using again next year!!
Robert, the Henle Latin is focused on preparing students to read the original works of Caesar (Gallic Wars) and Cicero. Therefore the vocabulary covered focuses on war and diplomacy. For this reason I am not sure they would immediately help you with Biblical Studies. However, they are a wonderful resource for learning how Latin works, and you could supplement with your own vocabulary research. Hope that helps.
I recommend you to buy the book "A Primer of Ecclesiastical Latin". It has a Christian focus, all of the vocabulary in it is for reading the Bible in Latin. Hope this helps.

Spiral-bounding the books is an excellent tip! I’m definitely going to do this.
