Driving the Cascade Loop Scenic Highway

The Cascade Loop Scenic Highway is known as Washington State's Ultimate road trip. The entire loop is 440 miles long.
Today, we'll take two days to tour the northern part of the loop. We'll start in the West in the city of Mt Vernon and go east on Hwy 20. We'll be driving through the North Cascades National Park, going on a few hikes, and driving through the 9000feet scenic mountain ranges.
We'll spend the night at the Rolling Huts in Winthrop, Washington which combines tent camping and cabin camping into a very unique experience.
We'll continue the next day visiting the Mazama Store and walk through downtown Winthrop and Lake Chelan.
