Also milliput is something well known in the miniatures hobby world and in a Warhammer video make a lot more sense 😅

Do you need to stick it to the plastic after it is dry like Fimo Air?

No need to use glue... But is very soft and sticky, you need to wait a little bit for have a good consistency
