- Cave Story was such an awesome game! The main theme is what got me to play it in the first place, so I of course had to remix it.
Composed in Cubase 5, mixed in FL Studio 10

I've been playing Cave Story since over 4 years ago, and I've listened to a lot of remixes, and this one resides in my top three favorites. Very nice job with this.
Whenever I hear this I picture a bunch of robots invading the Island and Quote and Curly crash landing into it.
I decided to revisit this video after a full year (apparently... It doesn't seem like that long) and I just noticed how much I LOVE the drums.
This is pretty neat. I was hoping for some play between the strings and woodwind at certain points but thats me and my crazy obsession with call and response. Good work!

I've kind of been toying with the idea of doing a remake. The only thing that stops me aside from other projects and school is that it might kinda be considered clinging to old territory. But if "my people" want me to, that might just push the urge over the edge. Again, I am working on other things, but who knows what could happen.
I'd be game. Maybe throw in some trumpet and more church bell?

The main theme isn't my favorite song in Cave Story by a long shot, but you did an amazing job with this remix. I think I like it better than the original!

The first time i played through it I got the snake instead of spur and the end was so incredibly hard.... When I played through it again with Spur it was so easy
You remember that part of the game when you go up the part to fight the Doctor for the final battle(?) and it has that little cutscene before you head up? I think this should play there.

Oh dang. Yeah it would have been cool if the woodwinds played the second half of the main melody, like how the original has a softer waveform doing that. Well, too late now >.> Thank you, though :3

when it starts the main part of the theme (After the intro) it should get louder. I was disappointed at the calmness of it.
