We still use this technique because it is simple, effective and efficient. Most can accomplish the procedure in 5 minutes or less. The fastest acceptable boxing that we have recorded was done in 23 seconds, but that was in a formal competition to see who could complete the procedure the quickest.

Are you still using this boxing technique and if so, gan you estimate how long it takes to do this in real time to get to the "ready to pour stage"?
