"I'm a lot stronger than you think. And so are you." - you really have a special way to end these videos that hit in the feels, but it's also exactly the things I needed to hear. Thank you!
"Assumtions are the devils. Ask instead." This is the suggestion I realized my own a month ago. I assume a lot of things instead of just asking and then I mess myself & my head around for no reason. We should ask, question about stuffs we don't know as it is our right.
1:04 i think this is important because it helps give you confidence to be whoever you want or do whatever makes you happy knowing you’ll die anyway. so even if it’s embarrassing, you still have the fact that everyone will die someday, so just live life to the fullest
One teaching in Buddhism helped me slowly overcome my isolation and coldness towards others. You never know when is the last time you'll see someone, so every time you interact with someone, treat it as your last time with them, and when you see them again, be grateful you got to see them again.
I am telling you honestly, I was stressed and worried about something and just 5 minutes into the video I feel relaxed. You provide calm and peaceful vibes. Grateful
Recently I've been very tired. Even though things are great right now and nothing bad is happening, I am drained and full of melancholy. I hope it passes soon because it makes it hard for me to enjoy activities I usually loved partaking in... I also feel very sorry for one boy, who wants to date me - he's really nice but I feel like, currently, the anxiety that I get from romantic relationships would literally destroy me.
i’ve been terrified of rejection, all kinds of it, my whole life. but recently i was in a situation in which i had to make the choice, and that was when i truly realized i would regret not trying more than being rejected. so i finally managed to make myself bite the bullet and take the risk regardless of my fear! it really hurt being rejected, but it made me realize this so very important life lesson. i really don’t want to keep living my life in regrets anymore
I've had experiences with past friends, who I haven't connected with, and were only with them because I felt I didn't have a choice. I now have come to the realisation that it is important to find true friends, and at the end of the day, it is your health and well-being that matters most.

I'm thankful to you. My mum got bad pneumonia and had to stay in the hospital, she used oxygen mask for breathing. The city where the hospital is is being bombed each day and night by russians. I'm Ukrainian. I also got sick recently. I have depression and anxiety as my all time old friends. And I just felt so bad now while going to bed. But found this video. It lifts my spirit and cheers me up. You are so calm on your videos. Thank You for this.🤗🤗🤗😘😘😘
this video brought me 'ro'. totally unrelated, but i miss your vlogs, and i'd even see ones with you doing daily life mundane things like make coffee or journal or clean your room :) they bring me so much peace
I would like to thank you Lana for these tips for I am already going through so much hassle in life as of now and just can't put my mind straight at things as there are so many happening so quickly and you putting out this video and so many other self help videos are helping me in a way you might not know. Don't stop making these and thank you once again for helping me in times when I thought I couldn't believe in myself! Stumbling upon your channel was one of the best things to happen~ Much Love.
I think the truth about purpose is somewhere in between - cause even if you choose it, there's something stronger that makes you pick this and not that. It is kind of within you if you chose it. You have a different feeling abot that something you'll choose.
Lady you made my day I literally learned so much from you Thanks for the video I am 16 and hope these will help me and others in our life Hope you have great life ahead
Omg, the letting people go part applies to me right now lately. I hung out recently with a friend and I just felt like we were so different that it was kind of awkward… Thank you for the advice, I really needed this right now!!
Being rejected yesterday in a painful way this is something I needed to hear. To be fair few days before in conversation with her I realized how it was going to play out. After that I just threw a lure to see what kind of person she is. As I found out, the toxic type. The type who demands your attention without making time for you. I said it anyways because I knew the answer. The answer was a no. Which got me angry for a minute but I was happy. A lot happier than I was for the past few days. I knew the answer but I didn't know if I was right or wrong. I wanted that clarification. At point I didn't care about her yes or no. Just that Unknown factor was feeling like a shard of broken glass stuck in my throat. Well like they say "If she calls you a brother, there is always another and her mother"
Oh, the title alone speaks to me. Let me ask you guys something. If a person doesn't understand learning disabilities and the struggles these people go through, and you point that out in front of said person, does he or she have a right to resent such a comment? The truth is the truth, that you _"need to hear"_
"Adults aren't always right" Whenever my daughter correct my mistake, I just admit and say sorry to affirm to a belief of what is right, also to teach our children in admitting a mistake. However, as parent we should know if their are already getting over the boundaries of disrespect. For the cheater, thanks for making me a single dad......memento mori.
