I almost cried after they won, I was watching in ballwin, and I opened my back door and there was non-stop fireworks for 30 min strait, Iv never heard that many fireworks even on new years, people were cheering and yelling, it was a magical atomosphere for those 30 min
So many times I went to games at the old barn on Oakland, saw Bob & Barclay Plager, Bob Gassoff, Mike Liut, Garry Unger, Kelly Chase, Brett Hull and just so many great Blues players and dreamt of this moment. I live 1200 miles away now & really missed the celebration in St. Louis. But I am still so happy to FINALLY see this moment! Your video was better than the media coverage. Beating a Boston team was huge for St. Louis. It was the first sports victory for STL over Boston since the 1967 World Series. Plus it was sweet taking the Stanley Cup back to St. Louis after beating them on THEIR ice! Sweet payback after we had to sit there and watch the Red Sox celebrate at Busch Stadium when they won the 2004 WS.

I’m a cardinals fan from England. I keep an eye on the blues but I am by no means a fan. I’ve been to stl 4 times and I hope to be there in September. I’m not saying it was all down to me, but when I was there last September I went to an open training thing on a Saturday morning (mainly to cool down because it was so hot). Now the team won the cup! Just saying!......hope the cardinals can get their act together and make it a great year for St. Louis sports.

I lived in St. Peters, Missouri for 6 years. I moved there as a Detroit Red Wings fan. I went to many Wings vs Blues games, while living there. That was something I was glad to experience. So weird seeing blue at Busch, but it felt so right. Only down side couldn't drink, someone had to drive us home.
My fiancé went to grad school at Wash U so I made many trips down from I’m Wisconsin to the dirty Lou. We fell in love with the city. Such a great sports town and extremely deserving of the cup. Congrats from the Land of Cheese!!!!
It's amazing just how close we were to losing in Game 7 versus Dallas and NOT enjoying this incredible Stanley Cup ride. I remember it seems like an eternity ago watching in double overtime my stomach in a knot, and Dallas just pouring it on in the second OT. The Dallas player went behind the goal for the wrap around and I thought he scored and game over as Binnington was way out of goal. How Binny got back in time to make that save was a MIRACLE. I mean, I have watched SO MANY Blues playoff losses I was ready to shut off the TV immediately if that Dallas shot went in. Of course Maroon knocked in the Thomas rebound shortly after that and the rest of history, WE WON. We beat Bishop who was a BEAST that game for Dallas We actually won a HUGE game. The rest is history St. Louis. One BIG Binnington save in OT and we go on to WIN THE CUP 😁 We need to thank the hockey God's for sending Jordan Binnington to STL. He could not have arrived at a more perfect time.

That was something I was glad to experience. So weird seeing blue at Busch, but it felt so right. Only down side couldn't drink, someone had to drive us home.

My fiancé went to grad school at Wash U so I made many trips down from I’m Wisconsin to the dirty Lou. We fell in love with the city. Such a great sports town and extremely deserving of the cup. Congrats from the Land of Cheese!!!!
It's amazing just how close we were to losing in Game 7 versus Dallas and NOT enjoying this incredible Stanley Cup ride. I remember it seems like an eternity ago watching in double overtime my stomach in a knot, and Dallas just pouring it on in the second OT. The Dallas player went behind the goal for the wrap around and I thought he scored and game over as Binnington was way out of goal. How Binny got back in time to make that save was a MIRACLE. I mean, I have watched SO MANY Blues playoff losses I was ready to shut off the TV immediately if that Dallas shot went in. Of course Maroon knocked in the Thomas rebound shortly after that and the rest of history, WE WON. We beat Bishop who was a BEAST that game for Dallas We actually won a HUGE game. The rest is history St. Louis. One BIG Binnington save in OT and we go on to WIN THE CUP 😁 We need to thank the hockey God's for sending Jordan Binnington to STL. He could not have arrived at a more perfect time.
Binnington was a wall. He was definitely on his A-game. 🔥
@@OriginalDante Original Dante: Question for you. As we look ahead to the 2019-20 season, do you see Binnington playing at the same level this year as he did last year? I think he can definitely be a top 10 goalie for a season. He's that talented and will be out to prove he wasn't a partial year phenom. Your opinion is appreciated 🤝
