What about lithium batteries?
A suggestion for the height of the top block, u can hollow out a part of the foam the same size as the block, and u can just lower it in so it’s the right hight, either way it looks cool as hell

Especially that you did it completely manually, instead of using expensive tools, materials or straight up just 3d printing it. Idk, I personally find it cool when something is crafted manually using simple materials and tools, it has it's own history and uniqueness.
If you have another idea to do something like this again, please do it, I would love to watch it
I've been getting into crafts lately and I always feel like my work isn't good enough bc I'm not using 3D printing and cricut tools. Seeing this made me feel a lot better about just creating something just for the joy of it and not feeling like it has to be "perfect"

The floral foam has a tendency to kinda fall apart after a while, I'm not sure what the conditions are for that to happen, but keep that in mind

You could cut a indent in the modeling foam so the box fits deeper inside, solving the bulkiness
Darkviper made a Railgun, you're making stickybombs, so TGG is now legally required to make an oppressor

if you cut another hole into the foam that matches the detonation boxes size you could probably decrease the profile of the box by having half of it in the foam

The only thing it was missing was the "Arm" detail on the switch but other than that it's a pretty good replica!

I would change some stuff like the Disply to a actuall disply like dot matrix and add a controller likely pi Zero or adrino and Put the batter inside the green boxes using the cables. Also add tiny imperfection it makes the thing way better

A little detail you could add could be grabbing a white marker and writing ARM on the switch, but other than that it looks incredible and legally questionable

Only improvements i would have thought of is to cut into the bomb to let the detonation box sit in it and to add some paint to make the color of the bomb look less flat

Some improvement suggestions:
- Use a switch with a lower profile, so the box doesn't end up as big as it did (or, alternatively, stick the switch into the C4 itself)
- Get 5 14-segment led displays to display ARMED and SAFE (you don't even need to program it if you use some smart wiring)
- Use transparent sticker letters for the "ARM" text on the switch
- Get a cheap alarm clock for the buttons on the right (and maybe even the box itself)
- Make a removable battery compartment, so you can swap the battery without cutting/removing the tape
you can easily cut into the foam a bit to make the batteries/switch sit lower
Ain't gonna lie. Would love to see more content like this on your channel.

That looks awesome! Only thing i would change is adding some paint on the green "explosive" to make it look dirty like the one in game. I'm probably gonna try making this cus I have most of the materials at home
