I used to live in Colerain Township before I moved to Naples Florida. It wasn’t bad but recently I visited and the area has declined. Especially near Northgate mall.
Highly recommend the Eastgate/Amelia area. Eastgate has been on the up and up. New businesses, many new homes, more home for your money, and still not too far from downtown. Only about 20-30 mins.
Thank you so very much for saying alot about northern Ky. I grew up in Newport. And I would move there if I moved back. But the only thing I don’t like is there is really no off street parking. But I do like the homes that’s are three or four stories high. Lots of room to move. Also Fort Thomas is a great city.
What part of Cincinnati is most hilly and closest to the best hiking trails? Lived in Columbus for 8 years (originally from CLE), now live in Milwaukee and considering moving to Cincy.
Thank you everyone. We moved to Sycamore township and love it, glad we didn't move to Batavia. We work in west chester, my son goes to Summit, this township is so convenient to everywhere, no city tax is a big plus also. We love this area a lot, highly reccomend Sycamore to anyone moving from out of state.
Blue Ash is wonderful. They earn a lot of tax from the business district and the residents benefit. Awesome new park there I take my kids to sometimes.
Any thoughts on living just outside the city, like New Palestine or around Woodland Mound? Looking for a rural feel for peace and gardening and nature in the backyard but close to the city for work opportunities.
Eastgate is pretty good for that and Anderson. Lots of farm areas there with the added benefits of great amenities nearby. Source: I grew up there. Literally had a farm with horses at the end of my street in Anderson.
That's the Booneys nothing to do and you are far from the night life and day life. If you could find a little gem near Coney Island you'd be set. Before you hit Anderson there's a small area of homes tucked up in the hills. It's off a main truck route and an easy connector to downtown and the neighborhood scenes in Oakley and Hyde Park. Also the trailhead by Lunkin Airport that connects to the Little Miami.
Hello, I'm in the process of relocating to Cincinnati, Oh in the Spring. Im very low key and love my peace of mind ( spiritual journey ) . Where's a nice community to live that's very reasonable , nice and etc ? Thank you 🙏
@mentenash7516 Awesome. So many good neighborhoods to choose from and most all in Cincy are reasonable. Would you want a more outdoors/nature feel or be closer to the urban core? Email us at info@teamsztanyo.com and we can set up a call to discuss further.
Can you suggest me some good neighbourhood around "sun chemical co.,spring grove,Cincinnati ". And any idea about 2 bedroom home rent? How much it gonna cost?
Lots of options! Here are some areas with 3+ beds under $225k. In KY, look at Florence, Erlanger, Newport, Covington (Latonia), and Independence. In OH, look at Silverton, Deer Park, Madisonville, Price Hill, Norwood, Mt. Washington and Union Twp. ... happy to help more. Reach out - eric.sztanyo@kw.com.
That's going to be tough. Most places are either sketchy with a good nightlife or very safe with practically no nightlife. Your best bet is to live somewhere nice and Uber to a nightlife area when you want it. Cincinnati is very spread out. But if you're really desperate for nightlife then Clifton, Over the Rhine, and Northside are good options. Although I would consider Covington and Newport too if you are willing to live in Kentucky.
Can you please help us to look for apartment near in DaVita Dialysis center? Because my wife be there this June 28, 2022 and we looking for a apartment near in her workplace and a friendly neighborhood... Thanks a lot
I love these videos, but a friendly caveat. Calling Cleveland and Pittsburgh one-industry dependent hasn't been correct for 30 years. Both are biomed hubs, and medical leaders. They have moved on past steel to white-collar emphasis.
Hi Thanks for the great video. I'm moving to Cincinnati from Clearwater, FL to start working for GE aviation. I'm a single man looking for an active and fun neighborhood and don't mind a half an hour drive to work. What neighborhood do you suggest?
Hello :) we have a 6 year old who is receiving medical care and we may need to move to Cincy to get treatment at the children’s hospital. What area is near the children’s hospital? Maybe no more than a 20 minute drive? I don’t mind a smaller house. TIA
@@Mz.Chingona619 Colerain township has new homes being built as well as well established homes for sale. People don't realize that homes here for every budget.
Random question but my husband and I are DINK and have no intentions on having children but I wonder how much importance we should place in school districts when searching for a home purely from a property value and resale standpoint.
I'm just trying to find a rent house. Love Cincinnati. Had to move because my landlord sold the house we were renting for 4 years. We chose to move to Kansas city. Worst mistake ever. I have never missed an area as bad as Cincinnati and have need trying to get back there for the past 4 months. Seems next to impossible. I'm going to keep trying but not very optimistic.
Cincinnati is a great place to live. However, redlining is very prevalent in the 21st century. I purchased a home in West Chester, the neighbors were not friendly at first. The classism was apparent until I visited my neighbors home. I decided to allow them to visit my home and they were surprised and shocked, that everything they believed was proven to be inaccurate. I now want to start a UA-cam channel to prove (you can't judge a book by the cover)
Hey buddy let's say an old pensioner(with grown children as help) wanted to move back home and purchase like a two or three bedroom farmhouse on an acre or something ? a wreck thats not even close to a priority that needs TLC? A little mostly quiet fixer upper? Outside hamilton-ish e miami river country-ish? 😂 It sounds crazy but I'm in southeast Florida.. I can't just pop in LaRosa's or Chester's Pizza and see who's selling local property easily 😆👍
Purely from a regional aspect (no insults intended) the dumbest thing that ever happened was putting Cincinnati airport in Kentucky. It absolutely confuses and freaks people out when the pilot announces “we are now ready to land in Kentucky”. Changing the name from The Greater Cincinnati Airport to “CVG” only made things much worse. When it was originally named the GREATER CINCINNATI airport was to encompass Ohio, northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana hence to credit the tristate! Why did they try to fix something that wasn’t broken? No disrespect but the broken part was putting the airport in Kentucky to begin with. From what I recall, the airport was supposed to go in Blue Ash!!
It's been CVG as an airport code since it's opening in 1946, because the nearest city was Covington. In 1942, Cincinnati wanted to expand on Lunken, but they didn't because it frequently receives a lot of fog. The three Northern KY counties lobbied Congress to get funds and then built CVG. ... It's now called Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. ... I moved to the area 33 years ago because of the airport. :)
Get to the point you want to make. Write the thing out ahead of time if you have to. This video meanders because it's too off-the-cuff. I wish you well, but I couldn't get to the end of it.

Lol Northgate was always kinda sketchy. Kenwood is vastly superior, except for the traffic.

Yes the east side was always better but alot more expensive!!!!
I would say live outside Hamilton County so you dont have to pay stadium taxes. Indiana is a great place to live and still 35 mins from downtown.
it depends on what you can spend, but avoid the west side of cincy.

Northern KY by Devou Park is great. Also, Loveland area. East Fork Lake. And anywhere is a couple hours from Red River Gorge.

Avoid the west side if you are an outsider. The west side is extremely family oriented within a tight knit community.
What if someone wants that?
Nicely done!
Pleasant Ridge is awesome and close to Hyde Park, Oakley, Blue Ash and etc. and you kids could go to Walnut Hills or the Catholic Schools.
Mason schools are incredibly good. The quality of the teachers are equivalent to private schools in South Florida.
I'd like maybe to move here from Puerto Rico, somewhere to start a family, grow my carrer etc.
