I'm thinking many of us are in a rut lately, maybe it is that time of year. I'm going to have to try the soup recipe. I grew up reading Nancy Drew and also the Hardy Boys :) Love your adventures and the peacefulness of your vlogs, and maybe a homestead in the future for you two. Take care

As always, such a peaceful, lovely, and thoughtful video. Your van is indeed very cottage like and the wedding bouquet in the beautiful old fashion pitcher is perfect for your space. Also, seeing Santi holding an umbrella as if waiting for you to join him was quite sweet, just like the look on his face. You two seem perfect for each other. Your recipe looks wonderful especially with the addition of dry white wine! I may try that. I have a frozen goose carcass from Christmas dinner that I'm planning to make broth with and that might make a nice base for minestrone soup! It's a delight to have a new recipe to experiment with so thank you for sharing it. I do hope you cheer up soon. I loved the desert but it isn't for everyone. Perhaps a trip to the mountains in Flagstaff would help, if the van's up to it. That's a beautiful place, or at least it was in the 70's. There are also parks in Phoenix. I used to work at Encanto park when I was 16 and it was green with trees. You're close to Tombstone too if you like wild west stuff. Well, Nnyji I hope you're able to find a little oasis in Phoenix and that you both have peace and joy there.

I loved the van life essentials video and looking at this one. When you pulled out the Nancy Drew I had to take a moment I must have read every searching all over the Bronx libraries for my next read. Now back to the video😂
@Beanbugging I do to I try to get intouch with my younger self and it's so interesting the things I do and don't remember. I must have had a dictionary for one and I don't remember the attention to how descriptive the author is of Nancy and her friends. Well anyway I really enjoy your videos 😍
