Both Danaher’s and Ryan’s leglock instructionals are too dense and packed full of details. Maybe hers might be a more accessible and streamlined entry so that a student starting with leglocks may get acclimated to the subject before diving into those high level classes. No disrespect, just pointing out a brown belt will most likely present less details while teaching than a veteran master.
Your coach should give you a decent understanding of leglocks by blue belt, blue and purple would be when you start working on some of the more advnced entries, if you cant understand danaher, you tube is filled with other coaches versed on them that may dumb it down. That is not correct thinking because you have winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. On other side every competitor that made to ADCC worlds needed to win in trials to be invited . That means everyone who competed on ADCC worlds is winner. I know there are many competitors who would be honored just to get qualified for that.
