Ingredients:
***These measurements are approximate.
*** Mac n cheese:
12oz elbow macaroni
5-6 oz Velveeta cheese
4oz sharp cheddar cheese
8oz Cooper cheese
8oz half and half
1/2 stick butter
1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( topping)
** seasoned macaroni water with 1 1/2 tbs chicken boullion
RIbs
1.75 lbs baby back ribs
yellow mustard
kosher salt
liquid smoke
Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Rub
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
paprika
topped with Sweet Baby Ray"s Honey BBQ sauce prior to grilling
*Wrap your rack of ribs in aluminum foil and bake. (I covered mine instead of wrapping)
String beans:
2 lbs fresh string beans
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 strips bacon
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tbs minced garlic
black pepper to taste
*** Baked chicken thighs:
4 bone-in chicken thighs with skin
1/2 seasoned salt
1/2 kosher salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 - 1 tsp dried thyme
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs EVOO
* I had yam patties and cornbread to go along with this meal however, I messed up the cornbread (If you know me throught this channel then you know I've made a few attemps that have all failed) and the yam patties were freezer burned.

I love the way you cooked those green beans. I can't have onions, any kind peppers and coconut. Onions and peppers make me feel like I can't breathe and coconut I break out in webs. I grew on eating them.

I just followed this recipe last night, only thing different is I used Gouda instead of cooper, but my kids LOVED it.

Publix sweet tea is my weakness, haha 😄. That plate looks so good. I'm craving soul food now. Usually, when my dad makes ribs, he wraps them in foil and cooks it in the oven all day, so that they're tender and can fall off the bones 🤤. Your mac and cheese looks AMAZING! DELISH 🤤❤

Hey Miriam! I’m totally making these green beans for Thanksgiving! Have you ever tried making corn bread muffins instead? I have never had luck making cornbread but the muffins always look, bake, and taste so much better. I use Jiffy, cheddar cheese, and fresh jalapeños from our garden. Top them with honey butter…it’s so good, LOL. Happy cooking from one nurse to another! ❤️

I love my ribs exactly like that. Falling off the bone meats is over cooked in my opinion. Pull off the bone is my thing.
Yes I was told by grill masters that when your rib meat is falling off the bone it’s over cooked…and sometimes it can get slimy…. Your ribs should be tender but have a clean bite from the bone!

Looks amazing! And that high 5! LOL May I give you a life changing tip?!? That membrane on the back of the ribs? Rip that ISH off. Will result in the tenderest fall of the bone rib you ever had. Also, it allows the marinade/seasonings to penetrate the meat, with the membrane its blocking it from that.
