Are you sure the rind is edible? Passiflora tend to contain cyanogenic glycosides in parts outside the pulp.

As i said it might have been pollinated by p.edulis pollen. Did every flower set a fruit? And wow i thought those were the small garlic bags you find in german shops

I know of no edulis in this village but i might ask. We found only one flower but ill ask if many dropped without fruiting
