Tested: Airthereal MA10K-PRO Ozone Generator - Experience after 31 Days Post-Treatment

New truck had a smell I wanted to eliminate, so decided to try the Airthereal MA10K-PRO ozone generator. Worked, but definitely follow instructions.

Ozone has a pretty short half-life. It's highly reactive and dissipates fairly quickly. What you may have been smelling is degraded plastics and rubber from a long high concentration exposure. That's why it recommends shorter times more frequently.

I just bought that and I think maybe it's better to leave air circulating and ac on when using that so ozone is cleaning air vents too.

Really appreciated this vid. The ongoing update format is very helpful and interesting.
Would be interested in seeing a vid where you do the recommended 5-10min or maybe 20 or 30 mins and follow up for a couple weeks to a month.
Also, the lingering ozone smell is supposed to be akin to the smell of the air after a good thunderstorm. Dunno if that's what the familiar smell was. Might be a bit different/stronger for you since u did such an aggressive treatment.

Thanks for watching! I will say this seems to have been a long lasting fix. Still would do it in different stages, but overall no complaints and the treatment seemed to work.

As a follow up to get rid of the ozone scent, you could use one of those car odor car bombs. You open the bomb can then leave the air running on where it does not cycle outside air in. Cant remember the term

I kept my windows closed. I think I would start at 10 min and see how that goes. You can always run it again a couple of days later if needed. I will say that, six months or so later, the original bad smell my truck had hasn't come back. So it did seem to work.
