      रेस्टिंग पोजीशन से खड़े होने पर क़रीब 30-35 बीट्स बढ़ जा रही हैं ? और 3-4 मिनट खड़े रहने पर हार्ट बीट नार्मल हो जाती है।
      अगर ये सारे सिम्पटम्स मिल रहे हैं तो इसको paustural techicardia कहते हैं। इस पर कई वीडियो मिल जायेंगे आपको।

Or sath hi garam chije, garam msale, maggi msala, khde msale, jyada lta bhuna, jyada chayaptti vali tea, ye sab band kar dijiye. Doctor bhi yhi slah dete h. Jitna ho ske khub pani piyo, fruits khao, juice piyo, pranayaam kro, thndi chije jyada se jyada lo. Apko kafi farq mhsus hoga. And tea to chhod hi do. Pta h m phle ek - do cup tea pi leti thi but ab aadha cup se bhi meri heart beat badh jati h or mughhe tea ke turnt baad pani pina pdta h kafi sara. I hope you will try it.

    I have just recovered from Corona and i was worried because of high pulse rate of 120 to 130 some times without doing any physical activity, this is very useful, i have checked before doing these exercise and after these yogic exercises, pulse rate comes down from 120 to 100, thanks for your video

      Namaste behen ,kya ajakl COVID ki vajah se pulse rate affect hota h ? How are u now ?? Mujhe issue tha ye may June mein but do baar COVID negative Aya. Ab 2% hai tabse due to deep breathing techniques.
