Ever since I had the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Porsche Macan Turbo, I have been convinced that fast crossovers can work. Besides, it's much easier to convince my wife that I need an SUV than a sports car.

AMG really took game on audi and BMW in last few years I never ever thought I would ever buy GLE and here I am I have GLE 450 almost 8 months now i never thought I would buy gle 63 over X5M but i think i most probably would do the interior of this car is simply awesome

This is the first time Mercedes-AMG implemented mild hybrid tech on the M177 4.0 bi-turbo engine, Max. They have done it before in their 6-cylinder engines.

It combines with an alternator, starter motor and an electric motor. The benefits of this setup is that turbo lag can be minimised, energy can be recouped to recharge the lithium ion battery which supplies electricity to the 48V system and provides smooth operation during start stop situations especially when driving in the city.
If I understand correctly from the big German trio of which Audi RS Q8, BMW X5 M, Mercedes GLE 63 S is the Mercedes will be preferable? Is it the best choice if I choose between these three cars?
Pretty much the best allrounder suv which money can buy. X5M is close, but the interior is not as nice as the GLE‘s, according to max its less comfy and the sound is a lot worse.
Barney Stinson I have a glc 300. I need a bigger car for my family and something sporty. Gle 53 is good but its rivals are much much quicker. And they have v8s like the audi sq7 and the bmw x5 m50i. The car is not even close to the hp that they have nor the 0-100kph. The gle 53 is so slow that the base model bmw x5 xdrive40i is quicker to 100kph
@@doubled9682 The X5 is a lovely . BUT the only issue u will get is if u forgot to charge the car. For example u forgot the charge about 1 month or more the battery will totally give up on u and the battery will cost a lot of money depends on where you are from

The only thing I don’t like is the shape of the GLE. Too box like in back. Not enough curve. That’s why I chose the X3 M40i instead, besides being faster, it just looks better in my opinion.
x5m is way too stiff for you... prob plenty people will still enjoy it given BMW sells a lot of them to each his own, did it ever cross your mind that not everyone wants what you want in a car?
I'm a big fan of your channel, but this time you can see that you're at AMG and it's relatively an advertising clip because you didn't say anything negative about the car the whole video. But it's ok because you were much more neutral with the GLE in the video from the Netherlands. Anyway this is a gorgeous car :) Cheers

The sound proofing on this car though. Going at 290 km/h+ and you can barely hear external sound.

OEM GLE 500 e got 333hp + 85hp e boost (443-445hp) so not the first... So GLE 500 E, outruns Gle 43 amg 🤙🏼
