My guitar playing grew up on the Yardbirds. The first time I heard Jeff beck's tone and riff on Heart Full Of Soul I, literally, almost drove off the road!
nice very good engineering! ill buy some soon... Pls make video of Mojotone Filter tron pick set and i dont see Dynasonic pick up set on ur web Thanks...
They sound a bit thin. Sort of like the sound you'd expect but not quite there. Presumably they're a bladed humbucker with dummy poles like the P90 quiet coils. Not sure what I think about the poles being cosmetic fakes - well, actually I am - I think Mojotone should just show the pickups for what they are. What's wrong with being upfront about the fact that they're bladed humbuckers and just marketing them as that? I like vintage stuff as much as the next guy but fake is just fake. If they sounded just that bit more authentic, the P90's too - rather than sort of/kinda, that would make them somewhat more attractive. No cigar, I'm afraid. Perhaps more development into getting the sound right, or maybe, like everyone else's noiseless single coils, humbuckers or stacked or whatever, they'll never really be spot on.
This guy makes every guitar sound like it’s worth a million bucks.
I miss my old tele. This video reminded me why I loved that old bastard.
The song for the uninitiated is by the Yardbirds and it's called Heart Full Of Soul....
Jake Jacobs
I've got some serious listening to do! Thanks!

Same thing happened to me when I heard 'Beck's Bolero', but I just fell off my bike.
Yeah Jake some of us know this these pickups do sound good for sure

The pickups do sound good. MojoTone is making some real nice stuff. I have a set of their "PAF" style humbuckers in an SG. Fab!
I watched this about to buy the 52s. Broadcaster set it is! They sounds less harsh to me.

Heart Full of Soul....awesome!!!
I like the broadcaster bridge pickup and neck pick up
Both sets sound great. I'm firmly in the Broadcaster camp, though it would be nice to have a guitar with each set.
MojoTone! Sounds great. I have their Bassman kit and it sounds fab.
what a clean sound.
Pups sound great btw
Great review! I'd love to see one on the Lindy Fralin Twangmaster, if possible

Can anyone tell me the first song played by Andy? It sounds so good and familiar!
Heart Full of Soul - The Yardbirds
Wow! Does anyone recommend adding these pickups to my SQUIER Tele or should I not even bother and just get a Fender Tele?
Geoa4 A Fender Tele!
Hey Geo...I put GHS 52 vintage pups on my Squier Affinity...50 bucks delivered in mail...theyre offshore but way cheaper
Wow! Real humans!
Yardbirds nice
F*cking Andy! Delivers everytime.
How do they deal with overdrive and distortion?
Nice but what amp and/or pedal have been used.
I got "Heart Full of Soul", but can anyone tell me what the second and third tunes are?
PGS + followers, any recommendations for a pedal that does Cream-era Clapton well? Looking for something with a lot of sustain, warmth and bottom end.
METAL ZONNNEE. ALL THE GAIN!! METAL! NO MIDS! MOORRREE GAAIIINNN
Jasper Yangchareon
Not sure but maybe a Keely Psi?
Also try turning the tone knob back on your guitar!
Jasper Yangchareon basic audio scarab deluxe does it for me! Bias and fat knobs give you a TON of versatility.

Someone beat me to it 😎
Will Andy respond?
Only one way to find out.
broadcaster is much better to my ears
sound anemic to me
Johnny Cab I think it's because Andy doesn't play with a pick. Jeff senn did a demo where they sound a lot better.
You played that first tune way too long..?!what amp are u playing..............?.....sounds like crap.....?!
