I purchased a 2018 pw50 for my son , the seat moves as only 2 bolts hold the seat on, this is the same with 2021 models, do these kits fit better then stock ones?

I just ordered the black plastics and the rear fender doesn't fit very well. Comparing it to the stock OEM rear fender, the stock rear fender is way wider than the black one I got from you guys. The rear fender now sits above the frame about an inch. Is there anything to do to make it fit better?
