Everybody is it killing with their character play! Loving Kim in her Tabaxi (shadow domain?) cleric. Loving Trott providing his bardic introduction to the story. Excited to see Tom making a complete character switch with a brooding, provocative fighter. Rhiannon, bringing light and color as she always does. Happy to see Katie a bit more on the foreground, being a wild elf in Aerois isn't easily a prominent role. And Marks storytelling really sets the scene with these dark stories (it really brought life to Lightfall descent)! Looking forward to the next episode!
I work at a grocery store and I'm the only source of income for my family currently. Recently I've been working 50 hours every week and I've just been exhausted. Today was my only day off this week, and I woke up to my boss texting me and telling me I had to come in for 4 hours. 4 turned into 5, then 6, then 8, and finally 10. I worked 10 hours with no break today and I was on the verge of breaking. I was laying on my floor crying, when I checked my phone and saw this upload. You guys have been a constant source of support and entertainment for me, and I can't thank you enough for what you do. I wish I was able to catch your Livestreams, and I wish I had money to give you guys as a way of thanks, but I do cant do either these days. You presume that they're going to survive the stream. Oddly enough (very slight spoilers ahead) the sequel to I6 Ravenloft (which Curse of Strahd is based on) is called I10 Ravenloft II: The House on Gryphon Hill and it actually starts with the end of the first adventure, and having Strahd kill all the adventurers. Ravenloft Gazetteer Volume I also makes reference to a group of adventurers assaulting Castle Ravenloft and being destroyed too. Which kinda makes the canon ending to this adventure a TPK.
@@paulpenna5615 Also if a full party even makes it to Strahd. If they go exploring and end up in death house I'm curious to see how that would pan out.
I actually had a thought along that line. Run a team through the first Final Fantasy but each crystal is a different D&D campaign. The earth crystal being Curse of Strahd since the Earth fiend was Lich.(a powerful undead is close enough for me). Then something fitting each of the other elements.
My group played CoS a few years ago, I was a tiefling warlock and the others were a human paladin and a dwarf war cleric. Excited to see how you guys cope with the horrors!
I feel like we get so few Xiros' in streamed D&D campaigns. one 19 in his stats session 1, but two 7's. Three swords, no other weapons. He knows what he's about. Jokes aside, I'm starting to see why people love COS. It's kind of like LOZ: Breath of the Wild. At the center of the game setting, there is a huge castle full of fatal terrors and an ancient evil king. While there's plenty to do and plenty of quests to go on, you know your end goal as soon as you start, and it's destroying that ancient evil. The protagonist(s) can technically go and try to fight that evil whenever they feel ready, and they will either succeed or die trying.

Oooooo can’t wait for more of this! This new campaign sounds sooo cool
@53:55 "can you touch me again cat?" truely horrible
already love the characters. Thanks for doing this
Soooooo hyped. I already love these characters
Shadow Beyond the Veil, dope naming convention...I've got an Air Genasi Sunsoul named Tall Cloud Cut by the Sun :)
Maybe after you guys finish this module you could continue the same parties adventure just in a different module
Trott's voice reminds me of his character in dice camera, action
First time Katie hasnt played an elf of sorts hehe. (Minus dungeon of the mad mark) I like all these characters.
This sounds like it is straight from darkest dungeon and I love it!
Wow love the interesting twist and changes for this campaign!
Sounds like this campaign would be great for a witcher type character
Mark's hair looks SO different! I just came from a re-watch of DCA and I can't believe how different he looks! Kind of reminds me a bit of Escher tbh.
What?! This is completely replacing the main campaign?! Gasp!
Ho I know, I always skip the first few minutes so there couldn't have been an explanation as to why they're playing this and not Aerois
@@mme.veronica735 the sarcasm is amazing, i love it hehe
Mme. Veronica thats very complex sarcasm my mind is over. heating. please. Be. Simple. Thank. You.
Wait, this is replacing the main campaign? Whose been doing the main campaign these past 3 months?!? Le gasp 2!!!
OMG I love Kate's hair

Does anyone else notice that the font for "curse" is just a slightly modified Doom font?
I mean that font has been around since 90s clip art babe.
Its ok, I think its a 2000's baby showing itself
