Agreed ! I would get the armor slim I’ve been eyeing up for years. Just give an excuse to buy that zippo please lol. I would want a single torch style the most. More windproof then the soft flame.
I love my Zippo Bic. Great convo starter, and I feel classy. I can't stand the regular Bic or the clear crack lighters. I don't smoke weed anymore, but this is still my everyday carry fidget tool. I even have hemp wick around mine as well. Never had problems (knock on wood) and it has served me well to this day. 10/10 product. 👍🏾
I dont have any issues with the button but nobody that uses my edc likes to use it, i think because of the weight it takes to press it. My edc is an armor, i just use painters tape to fill the gap

I very much like the wheel and flint on the ZIppo brand insert and feel like it is an all around 9/10. I think what could bring this item to a ten is to make the flame more easily adjustable and make gold available for all the insert models.
My main issue with this is that it doesn't stay lit without your finger on the button. Makes it very hard to light pipes. I could deal with that if it was comfortable to hold your finger down, but the button is way too small.
I just don't get the Yellow flame insert and it's use. I got the Double torch insert, Adjusted the Flame to my liking, use Vector premium Butane and it's absolutely perfect. My Butane lasts about 2 weeks before filling vs. Fluid every 5 days. It's absolutely wind proof also.

That’s all I use my yellow flames for. They are not edc. I’m on the same train as u. I cycle between a double torch and single torch. Windproof like u said. Plus with the good butane lasts a long time. And be cause I used different zippos all the time. I barely ever refill them lol. I get over a week if I use the same one everyday. So yeah. I agree with what all u say lol
I went for the single torch after what you told me on the live,i get like a week out of it with only lighting cigars which is nice,i guess it can go few days more for a cigarette smoker

I got a 5$ can of no name butane from the gas station and it works just fine just over fill your lighter if you want a big flame don't what your on about buying 20$ rip off gas been using what i got for months cause the gas zippo sold me had plastic tip and it somehow got a crack in it or something so it just sprays butane out the nozzle when i try to fill my lighter

At least this is reusable. Had mine since the first week they came out. Still running smooth. For the armor I just put a strip of painters tape on the yellow insert sits in my armor nicely
I bought a brass Zorro double torch insert to match my brass Zippo case (since Zippo doesn't offer brass butane inserts for some dumbass reason) and it ended up not fitting. It's slightly too big. The lid will shut, but it gets caught on the edge of the insert, and I have to press down on it to get it shut all of the way. Should I get a new one or is this a widespread problem? What is your experience with them?
Thunderbird makes one and they are prone to leaking. Because of the cam butane switch. I prefer the button honestly. Don’t like it spitting out butane when I’m playing with it lol.

Yeah it is a great lighter accessory. U think it’s a must have. Especially for a non smoker.
They also have fit problems with some armor cases.

Being a pipe smoker the main issue for me besides flame adjuster, it is the small gas tank capacity, only 0.9 grs mini Bic holds more 2.3 grs.

I don't like those yellow flame butane inserts! It makes more sense, if you want a soft flame, to simply go with the good ole fashion regular insert!

Try it in a 41. Zippo does make a gold double torch and gold yellow flame insert.
I like it if the yellow flame stays on without the user holding down the button. I think Zippo refuses to do it for safety measures?
