    Thank you for this video.
    I'm not sure what took me so long, but finally got one and wow, this is one of the best VCOs on the planet!
    Such powerful sound, amazing.

    I like the new format - and it gives you the scope to give the module a more through workout. Great range of sounds and styles in the demo, too - something for everyone.

    What a great demo. Really like how deep you're going and explaining all there is to the unit. Really well done :)

    Good stuff! Based on your scope trace and the schematic it's clear the even output is a mix of a sin and a sawtooth at double the frequency, which means the only odd harmonic it has is the fundamental. Strange looking waveform but that's what you get!

    The Even wave sounds great! Nice to see something new. Think I need to see if I can get a Befaco module or two. :)

      yeah, just started a D.I.Y Eurorack (started with the Lil'Erebus) and Erica Synths and Befaco seem to be on the ball where D.I.Y. is concerned. :)

    Thanks for the great demo. So many new modules come out without caring about good pitch tracking. I guess not relevant if you're making bloops and bleeps.

      Thank you! I for one like my VCOs to be able to go from super tonal to complete noise :)

      DO you need a manual? it's just a VCO!

      @@QuincasMoreira just to know what’s the input on top of the V/oct not label and what means H sync

    • @QuincasMoreira
      @QuincasMoreira 3 роки тому

      @@jvf6257 That's an additional FM input! And H Sync is Hard Sync, which is a common feature in many analog VCOs :)

      @@QuincasMoreira sorry but have two other analog VCO’s and don’t show anything label H Sync appreciated but I’m not good as you, thank for clarified and consideration on dumb ?

      @@jvf6257 There are no dumb questions! I'm happy to help. Not all VCOs have Hard Sync, but it is a common feature since the early days. Makes for some really cool sounds when you send one VCO into the other's Hsync input.
