'Dan, you didnt get lucky. You were and are the perfect Harry and forever will be'. 'Hogwarts will always welcome you home'. These lines explode my feels :')
I've watched it hundreds of times.........remember every word and still break down crying whenever I hear the lines "hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home".....
In the final book, Harry says something about how Hogwarts has been a true home for so many people. And now, watching Dan, Rupert, Emma and, of course, Jo talking about Hogwarts, I know that Hogwarts has been my home since the age of eight and will remain so until the very end. Always.
I remember staying up for the midnight release of the final book. It was a fun time living that one last time. I remember the first fan being handed the book at 12:01am. She grabbed it and kissed the book while crying. I don't think Jo Rowling knows just how many generations of kids she has and will affect. It's been 7 years since the last book came out. And 3 years since the last movie. Is it crazy to still not want it to be over?
I wasn't fluent in English so I had to wait for the unofficial translation to Spanish that was done by some angel so quick ! She/he was uploading chapter by chapter it was incredible
Jo. You didn't just give us books. You didn't just give us movies. You didn't just give us a childhood or a home. You gave us our life. Forever and Always.
I grew up with Harry Potter, like many other Potterheads. I remember when I was 6 years old and went to the first movie with my parents. I remember being incredible addicted after seeing the movie. After a few years I started to read all of the big books and began to see the details the movies didn't show. I remember being so excited when one of the movies was coming out. I planned to whole thing: from the day I was going to, who was coming with me and what I would do afterwards. When I was younger I even had posters in my bedroom. Ofcourse when I got older, I removed them but I could never threw it away. In the mean time I am 19 years old. I've read every book several times and I've seen the movies uncountable times. Of all the series and movies and books I've seen/read, Harry Potter was still the best (and it will always be). It isn't just because Harry Potter was fun or anything like that. No, I grew up with Harry. And I can never get tired of Harry Potter. I am a proud Potterhead who is still reading the books and still watching the movies. One day when I have kids, I will make them force to watch and read the storie.
aww I'm so jealous! I have never seen any of these movies in the cinema because I have always been too young. I'm sad about that because I didn't have the chance to go on a premiere or so :( My mum read the first book to me in 2008 when I was 5 and after that I watched the first movie, then she read the second book to me and so on.. but I'm still proud to have entered this amazing world and I still love Harry Potter like on the first day.
Well to be honest Harry Potter is actually pretty rare 8 films that were made all surprisingly and consistently well while also maintaining and interesting world and characters. They've crafted these films masterfully people will always call this franchise among the greatest of all time, 10 years of solid film making and creativity. Harry Potter and marvel MCU will always have a special place in my heart, these films will always be apart of my childhood
Harry Potter isn't just any story. It is a whole world we grew up with, where we laughed, cried and fought with the characters, we felt their pain and shared their love. Harry Potter is my past, present and future and it will stay in my heart forever and ALWAYS!
It's June 2017 now and I'm still watching this. Thank you, J.K.Rowling. You're my hero. Harry Potter is my light in the darkness, and I'm glad that Harry had been my friend. Thank you for writing such a wonderful story. Hogwarts is my true home, and I will always live in there. Thank you for helping us to be brave as Gryffindor, Intelligent as Ravenclaw, loyal as Hufflepuff, cunning as Slytherin. Thank you for helping us to remember that happiness can be found even the darkest of times. Thank you for helping us to have something worth fighting for. Thank you for helping us to love Harry Potter - Always.
Will NEVER forget these lines of J.K. Rowling..... "Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home"........ I cry hard everytime I hear those words but still I wish to hear it for more than a million times 😭😭😭
This is the most amazing thing ever. Long live Harry Potter! EVERYTHING I do is based off of Harry Potter, because my life is acting, and these cast members have changed my perspective on theatre. THIS IS AMAZING. "No story lives unless someone wants to listen."
"Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home" My children, my grandchildren, my family will know of these books and the best characters in the world. It has, is and will be in my life. Always.
Watching this in 2015 and I have goosebumps, this is so surreal. I feel like crying, Dan hugging Emma and being his usual humble self during his speech. Someday I'll watch the entire thing and re-watch the movies without being super sad.
When Joh says 'Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home' I just felt like crying as that is so true, every time I watch the movies I feel like I am in Hogwarts with everyone else and Hogwarts is my home, without Hogwarts where would I be?
I will cry for today... Just and only today... Thank you, Jo, for all you've done. I feel like I'm not saying much, compared to those millions of kids praising you, but we don't read your books for nothing. Thank you. For Harry. and everyone.
I only just realized how much Harry Potter was part of my childhood. I remember in 1st or 2nd grade when the sorcerers stone was released and experiencing that movie for the first time. Now I have just experienced that feeling for the 8th time in 10 years. I think it's safe to say that my childhood is officially concealed.
I can't watch this without crying because it's not the end and it never will be There as a family been created that nobody can really understand and its just amazing
what i also love about the actors in these films is that their pay cheque was not the most important thing to them. Yes they all got paid very well. But if you took an actor like the Hunger Games actors or Jurassic World actors they would demand like 200million if they were in Daniel Radcliffs position. But the Harry Potter actors were more concerned about producing good films. Which is also probably because they are nice people
I couldn't stop crying after Emma spoke. That's exactly how I feel. There was always something more with the books coming out then the movies. I will miss it all too.
I watched it live that very July 15th althought I wasn't standing in london and...I died of hapiness and excitement. It was the happiest day of my whole life. Thank You!!!!!

I was there and I remember it so well. I was trying to hold back the tears, but just one look at my friend (who I met thanks to Harry Potter) and we were sobbing! I can't tell you how much Harry Potter means to me because no words could ever describe it. It is my past, present and future and there'll never be anything like it. Thank you Jo! Thank you so much!
15 years of my life have had HP in them (books and films.). I've "known" Harry & the group longer than I've known most of my friends in real life lol! They helped me through being bullied at school, they helped me cope with the loss of my nan, who was like a 2nd mother to me & they helped me keep fighting through my depression. So I'm a 25 year old woman sobbing her eyes out with gratitude on behalf of the 11 year old to whom these books were everything. Thank you Jo, always x
This series really made my childhood magical. Im 20 now and I finally made it to kings cross last month, and when I saw the sign that said platform 9 3/4, it was all I could do to put out my hand, touch the wall, and say to myself "if only I could just fall through and see the magical world beyond just one single time". Thank you Jo, for my favorite bedtime story, my first independently read book series, and for the years of eager anticipation. You are the goddess of my childhood dreams

I looked forward to every premiere and I don't know what to look forward to anymore. Thank you jk rowling, for giving me something like that :) Dumbledore's Army 4ever!
Jo created us such a wounderful childhood...im almost 17 and i can't pry my self from the books. I owe so much of my life to her stories, my life would have been very dull without the books. Its is true, the 3 major sayings in this part, "No story lives if no one wants to listen" "The stories we love best live in us forever" and "Weither you come back by page or the big screen, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home" Thank you Jo for your wounderful work. i mean, Dan and Emma clearly said in their tweets that they disagree with J.K Rowling but that doesn't mean they hate her or think that J.K has completely lost her humanity
@@jakace2760 Of course I have read the tweets, Dan doesn't say it that rudely or anything. And, as a matter of fact, Emma Watson clearly said that she does disagree with J.K Rowling but that doesn't mean she has totally lost her humanity. I am positive I am right, but if I'm not, about Dan, then I'm 100% sure about Emma.
@@jakace2760 I think they are just trying to show their reason, they wouldn't disrespect J.K Rowling. They might've been a bit rude, but just a bit, after all, the actors and actresses of Harry Potter are all very nice.
Cried like a baby. Saw the final film on opening weekend met and surpassed all my expectations. Thank you to J.K. for making children love to read again.
Harry Potter started when i was 8 which is some of my furthest back memorys of my childhood, it ends 1 month after i turn 18 which is the end of my childhood. I want to thank everyone that had anything to do with the making of harry potter for making my childhood such an amazing one. Each time a new Harry Potter film was out i would keep nagging my mum to go see it. When this one come out i might be 18 but nothing changed i still nagged her like i was 8 again :D THANK YOU!
I was there and everyone around us were just breaking down. Harry Potter has touched so many people's hearts and will stay with us all long after it's over. Long Liver Harry Potter!
I love this!! Every time I watch this I cry, I know I'm probably older than most of you watching this, I was 15 when the first book came out, I'm dyslexic and it was the first book I was ever able to read! All these years later I thank J.K Rowling for making me want to get better at reading. :D
everything in this is so perfect! dan's quirkiness, emma tearing up and in that amazing dress, ron and his amazingness and then jo, our fucking queen for what she's done. flawless video is fucking flawless
Shame on those 30 people who disliked this!!! Harry Potter has brought so much inspiration to all and wonderful memories that will carry on for so many people. May Harry Potter live on forever and be shared to generation to generation! For I can't personally thank you enough on how you changed my life for the better with your stories!
i lost counts on how many times i've read harry potter, almost every time i started on new books, i just kept thinking, "this is not even half as good as harry potter." i know im not being fair on other authors, but j.k. rowling is just amazing. i always find new things every time i read the books, they always surprise me somehow. long live harry potter, the books will be honored for generations after generations.
It is amazing that after so long since the last film was released,we are still watching this like the true fans we are, and still commenting our never ending support to Jo and the rest of the amazing cast and staff.
I've NEVER cried this much...NEVER. Even over a breakup. NEVER. IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I cant imagine it without Harry Potter anymore. I saw the film few days ago and every day i still cry over it... It was my childhood and it is my favorite story of all time.. And it came to end.. I cant believe it and i cant let it go yet.
I was bawling my eyes out and I can't remember the last time I did that. I grew up with these beautiful stories and I will never stop re reading the series and I will make sure to tell the future generations and my children about it as well.
Still crying when I see this.. Still crying wheb reading the books, when my best friends in the word is torn apart from their families, when almosy everyone I ever loved dies.. I just can't stop crying! Watched the movie last night with my dad. I have seen every single movie in Theaters with my dad and when the credits started rolling I started crying for the 3rd time that night. Emma's speech just made me a blubbering mess.

Sad that Dan and Emma stabbed jk in the back later with the trans thing
i mean, Dan and Emma clearly said in their tweets that they disagree with J.K Rowling but that doesn't mean they hate her or think that J.K has completely lost her humanity
@@rumanaashraf4406 have you read the tweets?
Dan's is started off by saying something similar but it has a tone of scathing and virtue against her
@@jakace2760 Of course I have read the tweets, Dan doesn't say it that rudely or anything. And, as a matter of fact, Emma Watson clearly said that she does disagree with J.K Rowling but that doesn't mean she has totally lost her humanity. I am positive I am right, but if I'm not, about Dan, then I'm 100% sure about Emma.
@@rumanaashraf4406 fair enough
Sprout actress
Cho Chang actress
Are not so kind though
But then Katie Leuing does identity politics
@@jakace2760 I think they are just trying to show their reason, they wouldn't disrespect J.K Rowling.
They might've been a bit rude, but just a bit, after all, the actors and actresses of Harry Potter are all very nice.
Cried like a baby. Saw the final film on opening weekend met and surpassed all my expectations. Thank you to J.K. for making children love to read again.
"Maybe i will just right another one" PLEASE PLEASE, just one more 😩 this was my childhood and i would kill for just one more
Unreal KentMurphy Turns out she does, however, doesn't quite live up to expectations.

I love this!! Every time I watch this I cry, I know I'm probably older than most of you watching this, I was 15 when the first book came out, I'm dyslexic and it was the first book I was ever able to read! All these years later I thank J.K Rowling for making me want to get better at reading. :D

I have never in my life been so emotionally attached to a story, because to me that story is so very, very real. It is such a big part of my childhood and I'll never forget it.

I just can't stop crying! Watched the movie last night with my dad. I have seen every single movie in Theaters with my dad and when the credits started rolling I started crying for the 3rd time that night. Emma's speech just made me a blubbering mess.
There are no words for my emotions right now. But my bedroom looks like a swimming pool because I filled it with tears. Thank you Jo -3
I cried like a baby when I was there and they made their speeches. I get home and watch this and I still cry like a baby because of this.
