General: "Okay, I want missile launchers, here.. here, and here." Corporal: "But sir! In addition to defending against enemy attacks, isn't the objective also to preserve the rich history, character, and charm of this cultural heritage site?" General: "Fine, you can hide a few of them in the statues."
General: And make the eyes blink when they fire. Corporal: "Sir, wouldn't the enemy dodge the missile if the eyes blinked before firing." General: NO! Of course not. You think they'll come in jeeps that turn on a dime. That just stupid! Besides, we need to get the Giant Super Tank in to HQ. That'll show them!
omg this completely wiped out from my memory until i saw this video again. i used to play this at my friend's. i even remember the sounds and soundtracks.
@@marcellachine5718 How am I 'forgetting' Capcom. My statement doesn't imply that other companies didn't also have their own distinct sound, and capcom certainly had theirs as well. But so did Nintendo. And so did Tecmo. But it's irrelevant; I'm just stating nothing else sounded like Konami.
Ооо, одна из моих самых любимых игр на Денди, не раз её проходил. Считаю её одной из лучших игр на эту приставку. В ней есть всё: и прекрасная графика , и драйвовость, и эпичная битва с финальным боссом ,и конечно же концовка.

Man this, right here, this was childhood. I can't tell you how many times I've played this game. You rock for doing this one.

And then the evil villain lair randomly turned into a building-sized tank. Bee-yootiful.
Kinda mad that I never knew about this one. Reminds me of Tiger Heli, and I loved that game! Never beat it, though.
Another NES port that rivals the arcade despite having inferior graphics. I love that color-changing final tank boss.
Contra wax the same, the nes version was better
Yo pasaba horas jugando ese juego! Fue de mis favoritos de NES junto a Blaster Master! 🥰
Love Konami NES music. Nothing else sounds like it. It just has this immediately recognizable quality.
Um, your forgetting capcom.

@@marcellachine5718Um, you're forgetting Sunsoft 😎
Best BGM bosses of all time.
Because of this game and Contra (and later on Metal Slug) that I used to believe even a small gun can destroy big armored vehicles lol
If you aim at the right spots
Konami sure had a hard-on for military-type games in the 80s!
Dont forget og metal gear.
Core memory unlocked.
The one you play in the fun station your parents brought in the market XD nostalgic Attack
00:04 "Good luck" is right, I'm playing with the Power Glove!!

MAN!!! They really need to give this an up-to-date facelift
Man I forgot just how unforgiving the Nintendo could be at times but still loved it
How the fubbernuck can a measly army jeep with just a machinegun take out an entire super destroyer????
Funny, it's usually always a "flight shooter" but you're driving a fully-loaded jeep! Is this the only game where it's a "car shooter?"

Try Super Spy Hunter
@@rosemarydwitasari4693 Oh yeah! In fact, Shadowserg just did that. 🤭
lucky & wild if that counts uwu
From that era there’s also super spy hunter. More recently there’s Renegade Ops which is kind of a twin stick shooter where you’re driving around
Vaya idea para un videojuego, y eso que está bastante bien

This is okay, the real boss challenge was getting the game to work.
