kenny jones is awesome, what a great drummer!
Best singer in “Rock n Roll” no one has heart ❤️ like this man Roger Daltrey even still to this day!
What a church going spiritually lifting service!
Kenny, Kenny, Kenny- I don’t envy you for filling the largest shoes in the rock drummer world.
SUCH A GREAT BAND.WHOEVER DRUMS IN THE WHO ITS A MAMMOTH TASK TO UNDERTAKE.
Love The Who ... they and the Stones had the attitude and music that captivated me most as a child of the late sixties early 70's and still does.
The ultimate song by the ultimate band.
This gig wasn’t long after Moon the Loon died . Nobody could fill his shoes respect to Kenny for trying 🥁🎸🪕🎷🎺🎧🎤🎹🎼🎬🌈☮️🙏🙏❤️
Kenny didn't only try he achieved an impossibke task. Great drummer equal to Moon in every way albight different styles
Just went back and fourth! from this to moon!! this version just seems flat! but I like Kenny's drumming! he just doesn't have that octopus style! Keith would just fill in all over the place and do things that isnt the norm but works :)
Absolutely brilliant
That were a bit tame by then. Kenny Jones was great with The Who - not to be compared with Moon - great in his own right. Same way Ron Wood was for The Rolling Stones.
yep
at 1,25 x the speed its even better!
WOW
เพลงชุดนี้ตั้งแต่ผมมีอายุเพียงสิบห้าปี
My critiques:
Kenney too much of a time keeper.
No keyboards/brass needed for this gem.
Kenney's drums sound too conventional too. Moonie's drums clattered with intensity but Kenney's sound too acceptable and predictable. Moonie had a sound to his kit of an onslaught whereas Kenney's kit doesn't lend itself to that, I'd say. Kenney could sound intense in Small Faces sometimes though, but he seems out of place here.
I agree 100%, The Who does NOT need brass. That's more for bands like Chicago that always used it. No keyboards either. They make it sound like Earth ,Wind and Fire, 😅lol.
Lead, bass, drums and vocals...THAT is The Who that I know.
Could John’s vocals be any louder - or flatter?
Wow- what a difference in the drumming from Keith's Woodstock performance. The beat falls flat
Definitely !!!
Keith dead and Pete not using a SG Special or LP Deluxe..the end of The Who.
Tate Thompson what a incredible performance 🙏🏻🎸
The Kampuchea concert?
