Hiw did you decide between the 6.8 and 7.3 ford motor? What rear gear ratio are you going to get?

I looked at the horsepower and torque specs and the difference between the 68 and the 73 are just not enough that I don’t think I’ll make or see a difference in so I’m gonna go with the 68 because more of them are readily available… I looked at the chevy 66 and it’s numbers are not as much as the 68 motor
