the difficult part is to obtain F1 then got sponsored with H1B then to EB(Employment Based) Green Card… almost all Philippine universities are accredited here, also in Canada and Aussie except for Engineering and Medical Degrees…

Hi po attorney. As a first year political science college student (almost in my 2nd year) aspiring to study law in the US. If I may ask what certain documents do I need to get or process before I fly to the US to study law and live there. Like visas and other documents
Hi Federico, I always recommend for foreign lawyers to see if they qualify to take the bar exam, without an LLM because it's more cost efficient from my perspective. You can watch the part 1 of this video about foreign lawyers intending to take the bar. ua-cam.com/video/TWgSjleu97k/v-deo.html Thanks for the comment.
Hi! It depends I guess on the country and evaluation. I was not required to take the IELTS because the degree that I had from the Philippines was evaluated and they determined that it was comparable to one in the US. So all of my credits were transferred.

Hi! you can check out the LSAC website for more information. I'll try to discuss this more in any future video that I create about law school. Thanks for the support!
Hi! Thank you for commenting. It's 3 years in the US. I discussed this a bit in the first video if you are interested in that. ua-cam.com/video/TWgSjleu97k/v-deo.html
Since you mentioned that the LSAT was an easy test, you could have at least bragged about the score you achieved and which T14 law school you applied to that accepted you.
Hi! Thanks for the comment. I think choosing a law school depends on your personal preference. I studied in Virginia and I liked it. Your LSAT score would also be a factor in the school. As to the bar exam, I discussed the options that are foreign graduate friendly. You can check it out in this link. ua-cam.com/video/TWgSjleu97k/v-deo.html
Hi Janella! Thank you for the helpful video and sharing your vacation. It is beautiful there!
