This is a very nice property and I love the host/presenter. I like the kitchen pennisula and the house is reasonably priced for the area. It is nicely decorated as well. The fixtures are very contemporary. This property is great for people who value a nomad kind of lifestyle. The only thing missing is a bath tub but some people don't like tubs. Persons are paying $1250 US a month in Kingston and many of the properties are not as nice as this and doesn't come furnished. I think it's great value for the people who can afford it and value that kind of lifestyle.
Not bad for someone who can work remotely from overseas. Really great value

Lovely property! I pay more for a one bedroom apartment in Maryland. I'm working remotely; this would be perfect. However, I don't need so much house/space. Definitely going to check out the real estate, as I stay in 🇯🇲 for months at a time.

I said the same thing. 3 bathrooms and not one tub, so what about if the person has young children? A house is not a home without at least one tub in my opinion.

But the property is name Drax hall Polo Villa which is actually in Run Away Bay, I have a home in Drax hall and there is no Polo Villa there. I don't know why they call it Drax Hall, but She is correct
@@shandiehamilton1749 no she is not. That development is in the same vicinity as Draxhall Manor and Draxhall Country club. I know because it’s next door to my home.
Think the title should be corrected. Drax Hall is not runaway bay it's 10 mins away

The price was quoted in US and Jamaican. The Jamaican dollars was a 180 something thousand a year was this figure correct?
US$1250/mo OR the JMD equivalent. It sounds like she said a year but I am sure it should be taken as fixing the exchange rate for the year (life of the lease).
@Taf Thompson....She said the Jamaican dollar equivalent of U.S.$1,250. RENT per month is about JA$188,000. per month!! 🙂 However the dollar has lost value since so at the posting of this video the Bank of Ja rate of U.S.$1 =JA$154.30 Therefore the rent per month is really JA$192,875. or U.S.$1,250
Gale also said the owners prefer to lease it for a minimum of 6 months to 1year.

Hi Novelett, you can definitely buy unfurnished properties. Some properties are staged. There are also empty property tours on the channel.
The kitchen should have granite counter tops and real wood for that price. This is a low grade kitchen. It's still beautiful but I would have to redo that kitchen
