The bathroom does look like a true master bathroom i.e. shower and tub in seperate areas! That's a mood.
that's how owner's bathroom are being built. Not sure if the toilet was enclosed.
Love the things you take into account , Natural lighting . the Room are large ; so are the Closest , a Bathroom are now Called dress rooms .

All those who keep asking about why these units are not furnished. Well, construction is still going on so when they are close to be completed, I'm sure furniture will be added as soon as the active construction close to completion.
Also units are now selling off plan, all people are seeing is a computer generated image and they buy!
I doubt they will be furnished, unless you mean staged to see how furniture fitsin its spaces,i do think appliances shoud be be included in the price

If all the developers in Jamaica are now buying directly from China in bulk, why are you all piping the homes for AC? It makes sense to supply the units in an already expensive unit, and this development is not on its own, they are all doing it. How much more profits do you need to extract? Otherwise, a well-thought-out development.
At that price, it should come with the ac unit and not just piping.
That's so true jamaica developer are just so greedy, wish everyone was like me they won't sell one properly unless they offer value for money.

Staging would be very costly. Use your imagination.
I like those doors but the downside is if you don't have the key and the battery dies you are out of luck. I actually saw those doir types (workout keyless) in Africa.
Can you see the Caribbean sea from the upstairs porch. It doesn't seem to have a view. I see only hills and old houses.

The door at the entrance as a big security flaw. 15 security locks mean nothing if the hinges on the smaller side are on the outside. 5:45. Could be an oversight but maybe the door wasn't installed properly.

I would prefer to see a fully complete home with furniture, to give us the viewer a better look of the home. It just looks like an empty box.

I understand your viewpoint bring that we are viewing this online and not by seeing the space in person. A bit of staging can help see the potential layout of actual furniture in those spaces.

don't wait to retire before you start looking. It is developing and the prices are climbing in that area. I'm from the west but love St. Ann.
This is lovely but I keep asking of myself and others who are these developers targeting..? Do they do any research to see if there is an appetite for these type pricey homes...? Demand is there but not at this price..

There is a demand and people are paying these prices, Happy Cove just up the road have sold out and they were at 34 million, people are buying them although I’d say 80% are overseas in mainly UK, Canada and USA

I love the house but there is something that bothers me. Why is the circuit breaker panel in the living room. It takes away from the beauty. Put it in the garage or laundry room.
I've question why as well. Apparently, it's the building code. It's for quick access in case of an emergency. They don't recommend covering it either but I sure would put a nice picture to hide it.

It is affordable to them, because compared to some urban and suburban areas overseas, these prices are quite low.
I live in London and trust me these houses are a bargain, I couldn’t even imagine buying a house like this in London as I couldn’t afford it. I can live like a queen here in paradise, it’s definitely worth the money to me but it’s all relative right

I would like to see the community when completed. I'm on the fence with how the outside looks. It's not esticalicaly appealing. Too boxie. It seems they used poured cement and not blocks.

2 bed room is not a house,that is an apartment,thats what they call wasting land space,make a round structure with 2 floors.2 bedrooms up top one and two on bottom floor..thats a smarter move,people do things without thinking these days
