Matt I use a cnc for loads of good stuff (Matt scratch’s head already) BUT, more and more processes I’ve changed to manual or more traditional tools, why? it’s just faster and better, it takes less time. Setting up a cnc can take ages. I like cnc but to date I’ve never ever seen a cnc guy do a neck with and angled head stock or a neck set with an angle efficiently. I’m talking about small shops obviously. Great video series.
If you’re doing a binding on a guitar how would you go about getting the round edge? Or is there no rounded edge on a bound guitar?
Generally no
Olive Garden starts out with lasagna noodles, but uses CNC to turn them into spaghetti.
That is what I heard
Matt, Why did you adjust the neck in the jig, before you cut the second side with the round over?
The hum in the background is middle C.
😂 That is hilarious. hahahaha
HAHAHA
I was assuming that was Chris working on the shaper while Matt recorded. If that is the case, you could say the shaper is perfectly tuned..

Where do purchase your swamp ash body blanks from?
Thank you for not f#cking about and actually show it at real speed. It makes others not feel so crazy that this stuff takes time.
