FACT - None of Independence Grove lies in Libertyville but a large part of it is in Waukegan. So if anything it's in Waukegan.
Not sure how this is a "natural treasure" as this was a quary pit converted to a lake and most everything else is man made. It is a beautiful place though.
Do they allow drones at Independence grove today?
This was a hired project. Not sure if they allow. I doubt because Forrest preserve.
