So interesting to hear about the details! It shows how important it is to understand animal behaviour. That season is still my favourite thanks to you. Epic moose kill and I would have loved to see your fight to the death with the wolverine - I can imagine how terrifying that must have been!
Youre the effing boss Jordan. Inspired me to try hunting for myself. I want to start with a grouse this winter in the BC Cariboo at our family cabin. All thanks to you.
It must it been so awesome to gone back after all these years! Really cool you explaining everything you did and having fun with it. Congratulations again on winning that season.
Thank you Jordan for the reflections and reenactment. That's most definitely the most attractive moose I've ever seen. :) I'd like to hear more about your shelter, it wasn't very well featured on Season 6. Congratulations again on your success. Timber proved that it takes more than a moose and a great shelter to win - you had the magic. Cheers from Alaska
This was a great video! You mentioned the remnants of the fence you had built. It always seems that the crew do their best to remove any sign that you were there, but were there other remnants you were able to see as you walked around your old camp and such?
Для меня ты стал самым настоящим из всех участников-выживальщиков шоу. Твоя жизнь в рамком шоу не казалась вымученной, а была естественной. Короче, реальный пацан.
How did everyone deal with the bugs? Do mosquitos mostly leave you alone after you get to a certain level of funk? Are there gnats, "little red bastards", and other biting flies?
Ehh... most of the winners I've seen so far have not shot a big animal. Is it funny that those who did shoot one didn't get it all on camera, or is it actually the more likely outcome given the effort being applied to the task that requires two hands though?
@ not sure if you have done much hunting on the ground with a recurve - but it’s insanely difficult to film while you do that. Hard to set up cameras in a place you k ow an animal is going to pop out, and in my case in a cold environment it was super hard to keep GoPros charged… they would die after 15-20 minutes it seemed and rarely is that all a hunt takes .
@@hobojordo I have zero experience, hadn't even considered battery issues in the cold, and still common sense told me we were fortunate to see anything at all! 😄
Must be such a surreal feeling being back there. To think a single arrow changed the course of your entire life, incredible.
@@AdventureLad for sure! It was definitely fun to go back without the pressure 😆
it def changed the moose's life 🤣
The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose your landing zone was really what set you apart from even other winners.
Couldn't click quick enough! Fascinating stuff! I'm a big fan from Tasmania.
@@Nitroturbohead wow well it’s an honor - thank you!
This re-production was super immersive! Thank you.
Still one of my favorite contestants on Alone, great overview of what you had to do! Thank you!

awesome insight into this experience, thanks for sharing!
Dang it's so awesome to see you back there!! Wow. I hope you can make more videos of your return there! Thank you.
Cant believe 5 years have gone by so quick. Appreciate the extra details
Yeah that was dope dude. Stoked you’re doing more vids on that alone season because that was the best alone thriving ever.

Awesome behind the scenes information. Thank you for sharing that. Much Appreciated.
That's awesome man... what a rush you must have had, especially under the pressure! Pretty cool to go back for ya I bet.
Man I love that you went back there and showed this! Amazing!!!
Awesome recap, thanks for sharing. Hope to see some more content from your recent visit!

I feel like there was a better, more believable actor available for the role of the moose. This video screams low budget!
