    You’re English has improved a lot, make sure to film and post your competition matches it will be interesting to see. Also a tip if your opponent pulls guard and you are holding their pants before they sit down that counts as a takedown from you, it’s a good way to punish guard pullers.

    You are already head and shoulders above BJJ..(Japanese)jujitsu. It’s good to know their game ( it’s rigged for them) so your grappling skills can kick their ass.
